I purchased a new phone (Moto X Pure) and it only took nano sim cards. My old phone used a micro sim card so I was a little bit confused how to transfer my account with micro sim to a nano sim. The sim card gives you 3 options to choose from and you can go back to sim, micro sim or nano sim too with ease. I went online with t-mobile chat rep and it was so easy and quick to transfer my account to the new NANO sim. Just make sure you backup your contacts. I used a backup contact app.

This starter kit has everything needed to activate phone service quickly. Just insert Sim into phone (adapters included) and follow instructions on the device. It's extremely simple and fast. I had service activated in less than 5 minutes.

I really wanted this phone and was nervous I wouldn't get it because i have tmobile and i'm in an area where I couldn't go to the store. I had to use a push in to push the button on the side to open the sim card case but set up was so easy and I did it myself. So Thankful for this !

A friend of mine received an iphone as a gift and it was locked to T-Mobile, and she needed a sim card and we have no T-Mobile store locally. I knew these were at Best Buy complete with sim card adapters to fit any size of sim tray----so her problem was very quickly solved! Whew.

Found at local store, and picked up directly; works exactly as stated for all 3 sizes of SIM are supported right out of package. Far less hassle than going to TMobile store and less expensive. Thanks MUCH! Works in iPhone 6 great - nano sim size.

Purchase a T Mobile phone about 3 years ago. Needed to use it again but the SIM card had expired. I thought I would have to purchase another phone. Glad to find out that all I needed to do was to purchase a SIM card kit. Quick Fix.... Worked Great!!!

Works just fine for T-Mobile prepaid plans. Got a new phone and my old SIM wouldn't fit. T-Mobile store wanted to charge $15 for a new one. Picked this one up instead and was able to get the new phone working on it with no problems.

It was very helpful to get the micro sim card with the purchase as otherwise I would have to pay additional $10 while activating the phone with T-Mobile. We love the cellular service as network is very good in Chicago-land.

Purchase was made for a family member who couldn't be happier. Setup was easy and number porting took place within a few minutes. Incoming calls took a few hours before the service was fully available. All other services worked immediately. Activation was pretty simple but can be confusing if setting up online. Everything was simple until it asked me for a payment resulting in a simple telephone call to T-Mobile. Overall things are working out, knock on wood and there aren't any issues.

good price. I purchased the sim card from Best buy using a gift certificate but it turned out that I it was no longer possible to buy and activate the plan at Best Buy and I had to go to a TMobile location for that.

No problem in activating and the $30 a month plan is great. 100 cell minutes and unlimited text and data. Just use Google voice if you talk a lot, no need to worry about cell minutes.
