I love this phone never freezes an very reliable service in the middle of no where.

the phone was great, but have short battery life and also have small storage space in the phone, could have had a bigger screen

Liked the size and the price but after a week of use, shut itself off. Got more frequent over the next few days. Returned it. Had to pay twice as much for the next available phone for this carrier.

It was a purchase for my grandchildren. They are enjoying the phones and not playing on mine.

It's handy cell for everyone, and u can use it go online as much as like iPod touch.

The phone over-all is good...pictures are good but trying to save a pic as a contact is a little tricky.

I would not recommend this phone to anyone! It dies at least once a day requiring the battery to be removed for a re-start. The phone signal reception is average, at best. The 1st one I had did the same thing. I took it back and exchanged it. The 2nd one is exactly the same.

The phone features are simple to use. I like the style and it serves all my needs.

if i have to do all over i would have pick the LG insted

in my opinion in the category of smart phone it is good phone for everyone.

I purchase this phone for my 11 year old son. He hates it. it is very slow; poor connection to WIFI and pandora and very limited space to download. HORRIBLE!!!!

The phone once programmed, did not work well. I experienced great difficulty in getting it to turn on, even fully even fully charged.

This android phones does NOT support "Wifi calling" (ordinarily, a huge positive distinctive for T-Mobile) Not happy with t-mobile or best buy in not making that clear. I bought this phone thinking that this would have this needed wifi-calling feature pre-loaded, or that I could down load the ap. (The otherwise friendly bb in-store salesperson had no idea....) Alas, I just wasted hours trying the phone out and at last confirmed (via T-mobile support) that this phone does NOT support t-mobile's wifi calling feature. (and no, it cannot be downloaded to the phone) You can find the wifi calling feature on higher end T-mobile no-contract phones (such as the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit -- though it's quite overpriced presently via BB) If "wifi calling" is not important to you, then this could still be a good no-contract "3G" option. I think the feature is a HUGE plus for T-Mobile. Yet I'm annoyed that they would be so unclear about which of their phones have the feature, and which don't. Is that too much to ask?
