    Terrible product, horrible app. Sure - it shows you if it’s full, but only if you’re in the app, but it sends NO kind of notifications. It’s extremely loud, even in low fan setting. Asian manufacturer so instructions are disjointed and unclear. Operational functions (buttons) are unclear. THE WORSE THING:…. This thing just up and died after little more than a month. TCL support is the worst!! You can give them all the info possible, but they don’t pay attention, repeat asking for info you’ve already given, and STILL - it takes 3 - 7 days for EACH individual response. SUGGEST: avoid buying TCL just for the fact of the string possibility you’ll run into problems and then have to deal with incompetent or uncooperative support. They intentionally make the support & warranty process difficult. If you didn’t avoid this manufacturer and got stuck with their lemon - don’t even bother contacting them. Just FIRST start off by contacting your local Better Business Bureau and/or you state’s attorney general’s office, because that’s where you’ll end up going to anyway. That’s what we’ve had to do.

    This device has a little noise but it does not matter because of the great jog it does of taking out the water is amazing. That is why I would buy this again and recommend it to all.

    This thing is sooooo loud!! Empty or full it is so loud. Fills up quickly too. So annoying when you're trying to sleep or think.
