The color and picture is every bit as good as my more expensive tv. 90% of the time the tv works without delay. 10% of the time the clicking will have a slight delay (1-2 seconds) but will catch up and proceed like normal. I also experience jumping screen panes <10% of the time while watching football; how ironic seeing as they’re nfl endorsed. Overall, a good tv for the price. If I could do it again I would buy this years model and hopefully avoid the jitter.

The picture is beautiful and the TV itself is super light and easy to wall-mount. My only complaint is that the FIRE TV UI/Remote is as slow-laggy as an external Fire Stick, but if you can deal with that, it’s a great TV.

What a deal. Excellent picture and very easy to set up. Picture smoothness quality is very good even with a 60mhz refresh rate.

Very easy to set up, tune in and start watching. Picture is very clear, bright and way better than expected. Well worth the money spent.

Its a vdry affordable tv for a qled with good quality abd sound

The TCL 55” FireTv “Q” LED is a great quality LED display TV! Unbelievable performance and quality for the price! You will not find a better quality TV in this range! And Customer Service!! Is top notch! I was having an issue with hooking up my Sound Bar system only to find out it was my fault to why it wasn’t working correctly with the TV! I found out you cannot have a 3.5 mm cord plugged into the headset on the TV at the same time as the HDMI arc cable to the sound bar! The patient and the persistency of the associate helping me work through the problem was unbelievable! I know of a lot of companies that could learn a lesson from TCL customer service department unmatched by any other! Great, bye, and great service and quality!

Got this tv for my hubby to use with his gaming system PS5! Really nice tv with a clear but detailed picture. We ended up mounting it on the wall! Such a nice touch!

Beautiful colors, we use 4 of these in a gaming room and the edge is almost seamless. Love that it is flat and refresh rate is great.

Love my new TV!! Color is vibrant. Sound is great. I replaced an old Plasma Tv. Great price! The only thing is that I usually fall asleep and the picture is so bright.

It’s a great tv for the price I paid, but the picture is subpar. It’s kind of blurry even after I tweaked the settings. But didn’t expect a whole lot considering what I paid for it. Delivery was on time and perfect. Thanks Best Buy.

Great screen, bright colors. Very satisfied with the display, only small issue was lagging input with the remote in a few apps.

Although the picture quality of this television is good, unfortunately, Amazon does not appear capable of providing user-friendly settings or viable customer service for this TV, so avoid it. Longer version: Amazon TV is do not have a way to control how fast they go to sleep and take you back to the main menu. Every time you walk away for 5 minutes, you have to navigate back in through the Main menu to the app reload go to the show. Click again click again, click again...you get it. The sleep timer mode does not adjust this, despite its name. Amazon customer service does not answer when you try to call them from this TV.

Great picture, much brighter that the Insignia FireTV I replaced. Easy to install. And it works with my older Fire TV remotes (insignia) so that was a bonus. I will say the remote response time has been a little slow at times. Takes a few tries to get it to work. It could be the apps fault
