I love the smart features, we are mostly an Android home so this model fit seamlessly into our current setup. I'm not a sound quality snob, so the sound this tv puts out is adequate for me, some might find it lacking. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a "Budget" 4k TV. If you have high expectations for any tv at this price point, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

The responsiveness of the screen works it works well, and the quickness to connect to apps is outstanding even on weaker Internet.

Sold me broken tv

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sold me a broken open box TV i went our of town that week never opened the tv came back 2 weeks later and i opened the tv and set it up turned out tv was broken screen was cracked, i knew i still had warranty so i when i told them is broken they told me i broke it and i had warranty my warranty so i went back to store and told them everything they were so rude and told me that they don't sell broken tvs and said that i had broken it and even with warranty in it they wouldn't do anything about it they spoke to me rudely and threatened to call cops on me, never will i buy anything from best buy ever again

I had gone shopping at several stores and Best Buy was certainly my best choice. The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to buy my TV at Best Buy.
