Great big screen tv value

The picture quality is above average. But i got it for under $400 so i am very happy with it. I watch a lot of sports and the refresh rate has been good so far. Has a ton of apps with the google play store. The processor is pretty sluggish though. I also cant seem to get the remote to control my soundbar. But the remote is rubbish anyway I'll probaby get a universal. But overall great value for 65 inch tv for $400. I did spring for the 5 year warranty because I'm not familiar with TCL and there were some mixed reviews.

Bad product

Conplete waste!

Too fragile to consider

This product is so fragile you can break this tv just by cleaning it. I spoke with Best Buy and they said too bad we can’t do anything. I spoke with TCL and they said they can’t do anything. A scratch so small it’s ridiculous makes the whole screen unusable

You get what you pay for… TCL < Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was easy enough to setup. Some apps seems very buggy (such as Pandora). It also seems to either be glitching out on its own or is experiencing interference from a neighbors house. It seems to back out & switch applications as if it’s receiving alternate input from another source. Was thankful for the price, but it definitely seems to be showing 2 years later. However, my Samsung TV is still going strong 7 years later. I’ll probably sell this one to buy another Samsung.
