I was going to purchase a Sony OLED to replace my beloved Panasonic plasma, however I could not justify the price . While researching new TV's I found an article on the Cnet website talking about the TCL series 6 product line and the writers just raved about this set. I have only had the TV for a couple of weeks, but I am very satisfied with the picture quality and function thus far. I did go online and found a solid base picture calibration setting, I adjusted from there to what I liked. The room the TV is located is dark, so my settings are a bit brighter than normal.
If you are in the market for a solid CHEAP 75inch TV, this is your ticket.

I did a lot of research before choosing this TV as I wanted to replace a 47 inch that I had in my living room. TCL has great reviews and for the price I am glad that I went with this model. This TV is solid, bright colors, deep blacks, smooth movement and the 4K and HDR looks great. Also being a Roku TV the interface is fantastic and very responsive, so far I have streamed movies, watched 4K bluray movies, played PS4 games and even watch TV with an over the air antenna and everything works flawlessly, you can even pause live TV with the over the air antenna. I almost went with an LG TV and I am glad that I didnt. This TV also has an HDMI ARC input so when you match it with a compatible soundbar the sound is fantastic and works great with the TV, highly recommended!!! FYI, the box is humongous and the TV is on the heavy side but its still totally worth it.

While I say best television for its price, I really mean, it's a steal of a deal even when put up against other known names. I researched televisions for several months before settling on this one. It is just amazing. Great for gaming. Response time and input lag is amazing. HDR and 4k content are great. While almost nothing compares to an OLED, this television sits in my opinion just below Samsung's Q80 and Sonys 950G I believe is the model. Once you add the. Most comparison it stands toe to toe with them. I can not say enough about it. Take one home. I behave no uniformity issues with my display panel. The user interface roku is absolutely amazing and if you have Xfinity it has a app beta so you wont need to use your cable box unless you want to watch on demand. Just go get one. I'm glad I did. I chose this over the nano9 by lg and vizio p series quantum as well. In store they are not calibrated and you look at them next to higher priced brand names and your mind will say no. Plus they are not playing 4k content in most cases and using a coaxial input. Get it in home and if.you can get over the width you'll be amazed. I spent days just watching beautiful youtube 4k content. Now dont let me forget the Dolby vision. It's amazing. Netflix has plenty content to watch that will maximize the use of this tv. Do yourself a favor. Save the money on the so called brand names. This tcl 6 series is on the WAY UP!!!!!

So my father does his research before buying electronics and bought a TCL. I never heard of them before but his tv looked awesome. deep blacks, no motion blur, very bright screen and vibrant colors. I kept TCL in mind but did a lot of research before buying a tv myself. At first I was leaning towards a bigger name like LG or Samsung but side by side comparisons with those brand TVs for the same price range the TCL was better. Overall the TCL is one of the best TV’s for the price. Very happy with it thus far! Easy to set up with Roku and your apps, simple enough to adjust the Picture settings to your liking. I can’t attest to the sound of the actual tv as I have a soundbar and never actually used the tv speakers since I’ve had it.

Never would I have thought I’d on this brand TV I’m a big name brand person for a reason. All my name brands are still in my house up in running. When I sought out for a big screen I knew I finally wanted a 75’ so after looking around for weeks (and my LG being back ordered) I decided to get this awesome big screen for my family room. It did not disappoint!! Picture is awesome, everything I watch looks great. Works great with all my devices and I know the new PS5 will look amazing. Sound is subpar as with most flat screens. My klipsh system took care of that. I got this tv for a steal open box (another no no for me) but what the heck added on a 5 year service plan and all my concerns went away. I saved HUNDREDS of dollars on this deal!! To be honest I probably wouldn’t have gotten this tv if I had to pay full price. But I must say I have yet to find anything wrong with it. Hopefully it last as long as the name brands around the house. If not I have 5 years to bug Best Buy about it lol.

Best 75” smart tv for the price

Previously I bought a Samsung 56” DLP 720p tv back in 2004 for 4 grand. Had some service done with the color and 3 bulbs later it’s still a great reliable TV. But I helped some friends bring home a new LCD 4K tv for there home and it looked amazingly clear and colorful I had to save and get one. I did a lot of research on 75” TVs and found this one as best pick from everyone for the price. Side by side to the Sony it stands up but you can see the difference in color and clarity with the Sony that’s around 3grand more. The TLC cabinet is built out of black anodized aluminum and looks great. It’s a thick tv and it has some weight so I didn’t want to mount on the wall. Instead I used the old Samsung shelf. When assembling this 75” tv I mounted the feet backwards. The minimum shelf is 44” wide

This is the best TV I’ve ever used. The picture is stunning in 4K with the HDRI and Dolby vision support. In Game mode there is no input lag so it’s great for gaming , or as a huge Computer monitor in addition to watching movies. The remote has a Netflix and Hulu Buttion built-in that turns on and opens them right up where you left off.
The Roku smart TV OS is great, connects to WiFi no problems. I have to assume this TV is as good or better than much more expensive brands. I’d honestly pick this TV over any of the other current 75” options even if it wasn’t the most affordable which it also is. In short this thing is completely awesome. I can’t think of one thing I’d change about it.

I purchased the 75 inch TCL tv with roku about a month ago. For us it has been a total upgrade. I have been using older tv models Samsung 55inch (2011) and Mitsubishi 73 inch (2010), and this tcl has been a game changer. The colors are so much brighter, the tv shows crisp, clear pictures and the blacks are definitely good enough for the price.
I would buy this tv again, and certainly from best buy. They fulfilled my delivery quickly, and hauled away my 73 inch piece of junk TV (just had to pay $25 bucks). Pick this one up, or pay 500 bucks more for a similar model that says “LG” or “Samsung” on the front.

Proud of my purchase. Looked at review after review, until i ran across the CNET review on the TCL 6 series. That was a Excellent review. Answered the questions i had, plus seen a review to compare both the Hisense and this 6 series TCL. Hands down the 6 series won. After setting the 75" up , which i had a helper because its wide and i believe 82 pounds, heavy anyway. I hung it on the stand i already had, which had accommodated a 65" . Once i hung it, was easy to set up. Tv recognizes each device connected to it during setup. The roku, once updated is easy to screen mirror using my Samsung Galaxy 9. Don't have to have Internet, phone will play on tv, using Roku. The clarity is superb. The speakers are fine. Again i am pleased. I would recommend to anyone.

What an unbelievable TV. You will not be disappointed. I have read a blooming million reviews on TV's the last 2 months, and to be honest I was a little skeptical about spending this much money on a TCL. There is no other brand in this price range that offers so much for so little in the 75" class. Picture is crystal clear and very vibrant.
I've been using a Roku for a while, but I never knew how amazing it would be integrated into the TV interface. No more hunting input buttons on remotes, they are all lined up together beside one another.
So far after a week, I'm in love with this TV. I did buy a 4 year extended warranty (through someone other than geek squad) since this is my first experience with the TCL brand. Whether through geek squad or another party, I always recommend doing this.

After a lot of research and looking at many TVs in person, I decided it would be impossible to beat the TCL on performance per dollar. You would have to spend 700-1000 more to get a noticeably better TV. There are still some minor artifacts when watching 1080P content but with HDR content this TV looks amazing and I would challenge you to notice a difference between this TV and anything not an OLED. I've seen some reviews that mention panel gaps and edge lighting but I have no such issues.

The picture this TV puts it is incredible thanks to its local contrast zones. The blacks are deep without any “halo effects” and the colors are rich and vibrant. The built in Roku platform is also great to navigate with and I appreciate that it isn’t constantly trying to sell me something which I find to be the case with Apple TV or the Amazon Firestick.

Ok setup was easy. Checked uniformity, HDR,DOLBY VISION. 480P,1080p,720p,1080p and I, 4k off of blue Ray's and checked the dual band network wireless from all services that work. Atmos pass through works great on Vudu. Others do not support it yet...sad. get help to lift this TV almost 80lbs..because of full array local dimming(fald) and wide color and is not plastic frame. You can get OLEDs for more money and Sonys and Lg and even hisense and still not even come close to this. Even gaming rocks on this.

The picture quality was far better than expected. The software update added e-arc to the 65-55 2019 models - the 75 inch apparently already had e-arc on hdmi 3; however, it was not relevant for our home until we purchased the Sonos ARC.
No HBO MAX :-(
This product punches far above its price range

The sharp colors and black hues are incredible. It will require 2 people to mount this heavy TV. But the installation and mounting is very easy. This is my 2nd TV of this size, as others break, I plan to get more of this size and model.

What can I say, I've bought many tvs in my 30 plus years. After months of research it came down to this TV, one of the best televisions Ive ever owned. Paid $1200 for this 4K TV from Tcl, has a beautiful picture whether it's in 4K or 1080P, makes you the enjoy the movies even more! No sound bar is needed at all. You need to spend another $800 to $1000 to get a TV close to this. This purchase was a no brainers. A five star purchase!!

I wanted to television they had a decent picture with Dolby Vision at a large size and the TCL 75-inch fit the bill. I cannot stress enough how well the picture looks on this normally you can't see it in the store because it doesn't have a decent fee but it is a really good picture.
