    Sold me a tv for almost 4,500 that has been cancelled twice because it never existed to begin with. Would not recommend Best Buy they are dishonest and wasted a lot of my time and still have almost 4,500 of my money

    Picture is always too yellowish brown. White is a non existent color. Doesn’t matter what color settings you use. Picture is just always yellowish brown and unrealistic. I just hate the picture. Dolby streaming dark and to blue. You have to fiddle with the colors every time there is a different source or even show just to make the content watchable.

    Apps dont work, when changing inputs it changes the picture mode, had to buy a firestick and operate off of that because the TV keeps stalling, very bad product wish I can exchange

  • 98 inch TCL QM8 is Outstanding

    The picture when using 4K is unbelievable, and regular HD content is extremely good. The Google TV that it uses was a very nice surprise over my previous Samsung. I used HDMI1 for the PlayStation 5, HDMI2 for my computer and HDMI4/eARC for my sound bar. The Samsung soundbar worked flawlessly. The speakers on the 98" QM8 are VERY loud, but bass and separating voices from background noise are it's weak points. The HDMI1 for the PlayStation is highly configurable and those setting stays with that input. I was very grateful for the PC mode that is on HDMI2, because this TV is VERY bright. When watching TV I use either Movie mode or Sport mode. Thankfully the remote has a button to instantly change between the modes and brightness. Overall I could not be happier with my TV purchase from Best Buy, although I did go with the VIVO mount on Amazon MOUNT-VW120M and I'm very happy with that purchase also!
