I really enjoyed this anime about adolescence love. The story revolves around Takagi and Nishikata as they both slowly get to know each other. Takagi enjoys using contests as a excuse to spend time with Nishikata. As time goes on Takagi’s plan works so well they spend every day together. Nishikata obliviously looks at it as punishment even though it is plainly Takagi just really likes him and loves spending time with him. I would highly recommend this to fans of anime.

This is a charming story of two classmates that spend their youth growing with each other. From simple beginnings to everyday interactions, it’s a tale we can all relate too. From the animation to the music, it all ties together a tale that’s enjoyable to watch.

From beginning to end the series takes you in with the two main leads. The will they won’t they aspect doesn’t feel like a rushed plot but how we were as children. Trying to discover how our feeling and emotions and everything in between.
