The best of the the Matt Damon Bourne movies. This is a movie that I have learned to appreciate more and more with repeat viewings. It's just so well made. The intriguing story just pulls you in. The 4K blu ray is a mixed bag. While the picture is sharp in some places the color is very subdued. Its bland looking. I mean what happened. This suppose to be 4K. The sound, however, is excellent. The bass is deep and commanding, and the surrounds are loud and precise. Watch the 1080 for the picture, and the 4K for the sound.

Remember seeing a couple of Bourne movies on “over the air” tv long ago. Really enjoyed and remembered them. Surprised to see the 4K edition on Best Buy shelf, for a reasonable price. Still very entertaining. Now I’m looking for the 2nd installment-Bourne Supremacy. Not so easy to find in BluRay or 4K. Good storyline and action.

I have this movie on DVD, but saw a great deal at best buy for the 4k version, Watched it again in glorious 4k and I was not disappointed. Just need to add the other Bourne 4ks to my collection.

I really enjoy the Bourne series. The only exception was the one that Matt Damon was not in. Watching the Bourne Identity in 4K was fantastic.

I love this serious!!! This is the first of the Franchise and it definitely is a step up watching it in 4K instead of regular blu-ray

I already watch this movie a couple of times before placing order at BestBuy.com. Just for collection. High screen quality.

Being a guy who loves action movies, the Bourne films have always been a favorite of mine (yeah, we're not going to count Legacy). So when I picked up my 4K HDR player, this was one of the first films I picked up. You can't beat the overall amazing quality of this film's story, action, and characters. To add all these elements with the vastly improved picture and audio quality of 4K, this is a MUST OWN for all movie enthusiasts. Now, I will admit: the greatest benefit I got from this 4K upgrade was the sound, but that is because HDR is really only most noticeable in picture quality when there are very bright colors on screen, i.e. Explosions, fire, etc... this was why Batman v Superman is a 4K movie that was worth every cent and vastly improved the movie watching experience in that regard. The Bourne series is a must own for every movie fan. Is the upgrade necessary? No, not necessarily, but I think if you're a big fan of the series and will really look for the improvements, then this will be a satisfying purchase for you.

That's why you by the Steelbook is because of the art. Then you get sucked into buying the rest of the franchise so it looks cool, but sometimes that could cost quite a bit. The Bourne series has started to gradually release them, so this is the second, when they release them, for some reason, these are much cheaper. Its not the glossy finish, its really kind of plain and sort of boring. Here's my take on it. They are slowly releasing them at a great price when there first release because the covers are boring. Something tells me that this particular steelbooks will tell a story when you line up these steelbooks of JB. when the story is easily seen, they will jack the price up, because EVERYONE will want the set. So get in on it now at $5.99, both were released at this price, i'm telling you, somethings up...

Awesome movie. Love the 4K quality! Wonderful series

It was under USD10, and I had to buy when it went on sale. I have never seen this movie, but I have heard about it many times. I think it was a terrific buy, and Best Buy generated a lot of business when they do something like this. I realize DVDs and Blu-rays are low margin items – but it brings in a lot of customers (myself included) and I did buy something else along with this. I bought this from Best Buy in Sherman Oaks which is my favorite store.

The movie still holds up and the 4k transfer is also good but not the best.

So I bought this back in 2018 and I finally watched it about a month ago! I listened to the book series which was addicting very hard to turn off to go to school. The movie was just as good a few little changes here and there but very enjoyable!

The 4K image is not as sharp as reference quality discs like Lucy or John Wick but still a worthwhile upgrade from 1080 disc even for those that already own the latter. The details and textures on the 4K disc are noticeably smoother. Apples to oranges both the 1080 and 4K discs' audio are reference quality for their respective versions. The movie itself is one of my favorite action/spy movies of the last 20 years. Great combination of action and character development for what would become a franchise. 5* for the movie. 4* for the disc.

This is the beginning of the Bourne DVD series. I also own the Blu-Ray version. I have watched the Bourne movie over and over as I really enjoyed it. The 4K version is definitely and upgrade as it is more clearer, crisper and shows more detail. 4K Ultra HD is the way to go.

I already owned the Bourne films on Blu-ray, but when they went on sale in 4K I had to get them. Images are crisper and these discs have better sound formats. Digital copy is a great addition to the package, as I can watch on-the-go as well.

When I saw that a bunch of my favorite movies were going to be available in this special edition with a steel book collectors case, I knew I had to get this. With this edition, you also get the DVD, Blu-Ray, and Ultra Violet digital addition.

This has always been the best if the Bourne trilogy. Has the best fight scenes and the best story. The other films got too needlessly complicated. The comic book packaging of this steel is really cool and is worth the double dip if you already own the film on blu ray.
