The Brothers Grimsby Is A Great Comedy Flick, Sacha Baron Cohen & Mark Strong Are Great Together, It Has Plentiful Amounts Of Laughter Scenes & Delivers On Almost Every Joke, The Only Reason I Am Not Reviewing It As 5 Out Of 5 Stars Is Because Unfortunately It Is A Very Short Movie, Minus The Opening & Ending Credits The Film Is About 75 Minutes, Still A Top 5 Choice For Me As A Comedy Pickup.

This movie's only function is to serve the civil unrest of demented society. If you're looking to share a couple hours of cinema fun with your mommy and daddy, or some much needed stress relieving alone time with a pervy-eccentric comedy, you would do well to avoid this movie. If, however, you intend on spending some time of militant quality with your nearest and dearest, vagrant hipster friends, then this movie is perfect for you. If you add varied stimulants and junk food to the mix, you'll probably try to lobby Congress to recognize this movie as an official primer for shameless delinquency. So naturally, I would recommend this to my friends, but only in a democratically assembled group. Never should this movie be watched alone or in company of just a single friend, you'll need at least three other for the moral support. It is a dirty, dirty, dirty movie; filled with images and situations that will have you questioning reality and the ambient course of your life. If you want more like this--I know I do--I would also vomit the following movies: 'Borat' (2006), 'Waiting...' (2005), 'The Interview' (2014), 'We're the Millers' (2013), and let us not forget these beloved classics... The Hangover trilogy, Van Wilder, and American Pie series. I would definitely recommend anything by Kevin Smith... including his very dark comedy, 'Tusk' (2014)... and then watch it again with Kevin Smith's commentary. I dare you to watch it... I dare you!!!

This is a very funny movie that is typical Sacha Baron Cohen - silly, vulgar, and general poor taste. The movie has many hilarious scenes. The funniest scene is too vulgar to even mention... but you will know it when you see it!! If you've liked other movies with Sacha, you will like this movie. However, there is nothing about it that is academy award material.

I laughed a lot during this movie, and that is the sole criteria I measure a comedy by. Did I laugh? Yes! This movie had a lot of funny scenes. It's not his finest work, but it is a very good comedy overall. Good take on the English working class, football hooligans, and spy movies. Definitely worth a watch, lots of fun.

There will never be another Borat. I think we all know that. So please don't pop this in with hopes or expectations of that level. You will be disappointed. However, if you can live with a lesser effort loaded with hit or miss moments, you won't regret the time investment. It's as funny as The Dictator.

An ambitious exercise in vulgarity.

The film gave us a few chuckles, but ultimately the humor was just too vulgar to enjoy for our personal sensibilities. Unlike similar crass comedies of yesteryear, this one never lets up. Beginning to end, it's one profanely obscene situation or line after another. The film is intelligent in it's own right. It doesn't just shallowly rely on juvenile obscenity. It's smart, but smart with an overridingly vulgar purpose. Profanity isn't a mere vehicle it uses on it's way to a more lofty goal, as was the case with the celebrated TV series Deadwood. The profane IS the goal. There's no underlying subtext to it. So be warned: The humor will no doubt be too offensive to many audiences, but may prove a surprising guilty pleasure to others. And then there are others, like myself, who find themselves somewhere in between.

This movie is a laugh from the beginning to the end. It is as funny as the "Dictator" that is great. I do believe this is a good Friday and/or Saturday night movie for ADULTS ONLY, or COLLEGE STUDENTS. If you are not into Sacha Baron Cohen humor you will not like this movie though.

Not one of his best and laced with potty humor. I had a bit of difficulty understanding their English accent but thought the accent was well done (I have been to England and couldn't understand them either). Never-the-less the movie had its LOL moments. Enjoyed it.

Sasha Baron Cohen takes a stab at the action genre and mostly succeeds. This is pure hollywood style filmmaking. No documentary approach making fun of people who thinking they're in a real situations. Good news is the jokes are big and hit for me on a consistent basis.

I would rate it 3 1/2 stars but not an option so I decided to go with 4 because it was definitely very funny but the inappropriate humour was to much as usual if that type of stuff doesn't offend then i would recommend this movie but if it does I warn you stay away

There are parts of this movie that I can not believe the studio got away with. SBC is at it again with a off the wall comedy mixed with Borat, And every other character he has played. How does Mark Strong keep a straight face at these gags throughout the movie!

This movie wasn't what we expected. At times it was hilarious other times...just goofy or stupidity humor which at times was also funny It's about two long lost brothers separated when they were kids...one grows up to be a Secret Agent and the other just your ordinary well below average hero of the neighborhood that has questionable ethics but a good heart...anyhoo...it turns into a whirl wind of traversing the world on the run after being framed and going after the bad guys to stop their evil plot, save the world and clear their names while coming to grips with being brothers again. It's worth a watch if you like these sorts of movies...definitely rent before you buy......wish we would have...lol

I was shocked at how funny this movie turned out to be. Was not what I expected and am glad I bought it. Not your usual Sasha Baron Cohen film. He wasn't as annoying as normal and Mark Strong played his part perfectly.

Do not watch this movie unless you can handle extremely raunchy comedy. I'm talking next level nasty. If you liked Sasha Baron Cohen's other movies, Borat and Bruno, you'll like this too. Mark Strong was great in this.

Just what you'd expect from from Sacha Baron Cohen but you see more of his acting here and there's more to the story than his previous movies. It's a story of how two different brothers reunited and their very crazy antics that will surely make you laugh out loud. If you're easily offended, this definitely isn't the movie for you. It's rauchier than Cohen's previous movies, but if you're willing to take it as it is, you'll definitely have a great time with this.
