I was OK with the movie version of Prince Caspian, but I am not a fan of this movie version of the Dawn Treader. Having just read the book with my 10-year old daughter, when watching the movie, even she started complaining right off the bat on how the movie was so different from the book. I can understand if the movie is only 80 - 90% like the book, since 100% re-telling of books as movies won't make cinematic sense. However, you don't need to introduce completely new story lines to a book that was already fantastically written. Dawn Treader was one of my daughter's favorite books in the series and she hoped for a more faithful retelling on the big screen, but the movie really let us down.

This movie brings back the magic and specialness that seemed to be lacking in Narnia 2 Prince Caspian. The movie adds extra story elements not seen in the book that worked out well. The scenes with Eustace were very touching and delivered some very good messages. Aslan was done well as was all the CGI. Overall I think it was a wonderfully heartwarming and enjoyable movie.

This is a little bit older movie but my daughter wanted to see it again so I inquired at Best Buy. They were able to find it in stock and the price was less than $10 for a blu ray. The movie is a great family movie as it follows two of the younger siblings on more adventures through Narnia. I would definitely recommend.

The first movie was better. I didn't like the story.

I enjoyed this movie as I enjoyed the books growing up. I wish they made more of the books like the movie. I wish they would continue the movies is there with the books as I read growing up it is a pleasure watching in 4K on a Saturday night with your family would definitely watch again thank you Bye

Stunning 3D and sound. Story line is a bit vague at times.

The continuing adventures in Narnia, Lucy and Edmond are back in Narnia with their ornery cousin, facing some perilous situations at sea, but all in all ends well when Reefergee (spelling?) requests of Aslan to crossover through the waves and retire (comparable to making heaven his eternal resting place). Very good family movie.

Carefully scripted, exceedingly-well cast and beautifully set designed.An adventure for all ages and a wonderful continuation of a classic, yet contemporary fantasy tale. This movie speaks to the heights that an average person can attain if he/she throws off fear and seeks to follow their dreams.

This is a well done movie and very fun to watch. Special effects are nice, but after about 50% into the movie, the main "bad" creature is a really scary reptile/dragon, extremely large, and certainly not for younger viewers. It was totally unexpected and I do not recommend anyone under 10 or so to see this. Too bad.

Chronicles of Narnia is one of my favorite book series, only topped by LOTR, and this movie series based on the book is only topped I think by the original BBC version (which if you have not seen, you should look them up). Fantastic portrayal of an amazing book by C.S. Lewis.

The Chronicles of Narnia movies are favorites of our family. Voiyage of the Dawn Treader is the third in the series. We liked the first two movies better than this one, but this was still an enjoyable film. We got a good price on a Blu-Ray from Best Buy.

Voyage of the Dawn Treader maintains nearly all of the important plot elements in the book, though the order has been altered to fit the movie format. CS Lewis's work is amazing, and they have another great movie adaptation with Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

Love the 3D version of this movie and got it at a great price. Great movie for kids AND adults. The visuals are just stunning and enjoyable to watch. Well, I liked the storyline too. I have enjoyed the Narnia series but the first and the last (this one) are my favorites.

I really enjoy the Narnia series overall and this is my favorite movie of them all so far. The message is great and inspiring, the subtle Savior indications make for an awesome ministering tool. I feel great that I can let me children watch this when they are older.

Best film of series. I have a recommend this film for the family. Is the best in the third earth all three films highly entertaining goes with the books if you read the books have enjoyable with children visit your imagination

The Narnia books are perennial favorites with the young, especially as they have a spiritual side that is rare. The plot to this movie departs significantly from the book, but for valid reasons, and entertainingly so. It's worth some time and money.

I have the first Narnia movie and this one was on sale. I haven't seen it before but I liked the first one so much I got it. Glad I did. I'm not going to spoil the movie but let's just say you will enjoy this movie if you like the first one.

I enjoy the Narnia movie series. Very entertaining. The DVD and case arrived in perfect condition and the movie played without flaw. The price was great. Thanks Best Buy!

Issues I have with the full series aside, this is a pretty enjoyable watch. Wardrobe and Caspian are better, but there are worse children's movies to watch. Good characters and a great set of visuals at the end.

I purchased this movie as an impulse. The DVD worked just fine. Any of the special features, I'm sure were great, but I only watched the movie. But the movie is still a good movie, that I'm glad I now own, and can watch anytime.
