NeatConnect is ideal for organizing your paper life into your digital life. It does the job that needs to be done and it does it well and is easy to use. It doesn't require a computer science degree. That being said, I wish it had better wireless integration (for those of us who are actually computer nerds).

I like it because it work with wi-fi and I no has to connected wire.

I am so happy with this purchase, I could kick myself for putting it off so long! Just didn't want to spend that much money, but I will tell you that it is worth every cent! If you will take the time to learn how to use this scanner, you will love it. So fast and the documents/images are good enough for me and I am one picky woman! Best Buy has been my favorite store for all electronics for years now. The service is always great and the deliveries are prompt as well. If you are interested in a scanner, try this little gem. If you don't like it, Best Buy is great for letting you return items; I know, because I have returned a thing or two in my day. Just keep your receipt and return it within the time allowed. You can't lose!

Works great although the paper feed is somewhat troublesome in getting it to take a page. Other than that, it's easy to use and works fine over wireless network.

I bought this to try and be more organized with papers that I need to keep. So far it's working well. I still need to learn more about what it can do though

Scans quickly, single or double sides, with limitless destinations. The device handles large amounts of papers with no jams and can load three sizes to simultaneously scan into same file. I had a problem with learning the device that was quickly resolved with online chat support. I am scanning and sending directly to emails, memory card, and various cloud programs.

you don't have to be an expert to use this machine. great time saver. now I can easily save documents an payment for my next year taxes .you don't have to suffer more saving receives that later you can not see. this machine no just keep the information organized ,even, do math for you

I love the neatscanner. It's helped me keep all my receipts and bills organized. The only flaw is the paper jamming. It jams more often than i would like but overall it's a great product. I would purchase it again.

Software didn't install smoothly and there were some crashes on OSX 10.9 The software started to work after manually connecting the USB before going wireless. There seems to be a user pay system associated with the device you aren't aware of up front. NEAT Cloud. You don't have to use this but it becomes very inconvenient not to if you don't have some automation built into the scanner. i.e. other scanners will automatically scan to your device. Neat will not, it prefers to user pay service this type of thing.

Good and easy to use scanner to help organizing receipts. I wish it was more portable, but it does the job.

I love my Neatconnect. It allows me to scan right away rather than piling up until my computer is turned on.

I am very pleased with the ease of use and the ability to scan a 2 sided document with one pass. Easily categorize receipts, business cards and statements. It's light enough that you can easily move it around or take it with you.

I've wanted a Neat scanner for years. Finally decided to get one... so glad I did. Super easy to use and lots of options on how & where to save the documents. Can't wait to clear away the stacks of paper for good.

Looked at couple different devices but settled on the one. Extremely easy to set up and get started. no real issues, support was responsive with our questions. Only short coming is it is not fully wireless to our MAC

After installation problems...I was told others in the house could use the machine too, however , I would like to keep some things private. It bothers me too that my membership card number doesn't match my member number on the receipt.

Starting a small business and the Neat connect is great for all my receipts and invoices. Easy to operate and organize folders.

I used to scan documents using my printer and Paperport software, this saves a ton of time, especially on two sided documents.

Overall it is a good product. Only complain is it stop working frequently in the middle of scanning and closes program automatically. I just wish there is a readily button to save data to a portable storage.

Get rid of the clutter, but be prepared to have the storage space. It sometimes get jammed but rarely and it helps to always have a copy of everything.
