I was excited to purchase this product. But once i read the user manual and actually started using, i realized it was not worth what I paid. Product is poorly made. When trying to use item, I could barely feel it doing its job. No pressure can be put against this item.

I bought this for my neck, but as instructions do indicate, you can't lay down on this. I tried sitting against it with pillows and it didn't reach part of neck needed. It did not work in the chair as it doesn't want to stay up. Disappointed.. took back to the store 3 days later.

The massage was so soft, even without the cover on that I couldn't feel it. Also, the massaging balls where too far apart for my neck and my wife's. I ended up returning this product since it wasn't effective.

I like the fact that the massage pillow has two speeds and will work for twenty minutes that turn off. It also has a cover that can be removed for a more intense massage.

Not bad for what it is. Pretty good quality, though actual area massaged is very small. I find myself moving the device up and down my back in order to seek to wanted results. Not bad, but I don't think it is worth what I paid for it.

Great product! I love having the heat option, and overall it just works great. Definitely recommend!
