Great product. Am an avid runner and I use this on a weekly basis to help sore areas and cramps. Great for all aches and pains!

This item has been working for me and my active recovery for muscle pain, my partner has also been using it for pain relief, i have had it for some time now and the only issue i have is that the pads lose the stickiness and have to change them often., if the phone app is not close enough to the pads whilst being used connecting will be lost. Stimulation strength is really good and has made a difference to my core strength and lower back issues.

I purchased this for nerve pain relief in the sacrum. Today is my first time using it and I can say it helps. It doesn't eliminate it, but it's a good distraction. I've been using a TENS devices daily for a long time and the Powerdot 2.0 feels light years better. Maybe the electrical signal is more consistent, not sure. It's so nice not to have cables dangling out getting snagged on things. Pairing the DUO tip: I installed the app and recommend pairing one DOT at a time. Turning both on at the same time to pair with the phone doesn't work since the app sees the first one. Then pairing the 2nd device makes it confusing which paired first. So pair one at a time is my advice. I'll update after using it for awhile.

If you have chronic pain, this can help, or at least it helps me. Running the programs from the app makes it foolproof

The Therabody Powerdot muscle stimulator is okay, when you follow the book and place the leads where they say on a particular part of the body it doesn't always work that muscle. I will be using a regular tens machine that works a lot better and is cost efficient.

I love the look and ease of use for this unit compared to regular tens devices. You definitely pay for the sleek style and ease of use, but I love the app control and preset massage and other therapy sessions. It makes everything simple.

Works but in my case I had to increase to power 9 to actually notice tha pain relief.

Good product. I would say that the tutorial could be a little easier for linking two devices but overall not too bad.

Nothing more than a fancy TENS unit. Being able to pair it with your phone is cool and convenient but this is the only real advantage vs a cheap TENS unit. Stimulation is pretty powerful but my cheap $60 unit is just as effective with the downside of not having a cool app. Pads are also astronomically expensive for a unit that already runs over $300.

my fiancé and I absolutely love our PowerDot. The device is very user friendly and convenient since everything can be controlled from the app. I also love how it is so compact. This is great after a workout or sitting at a desk all day and really helps to alleviate muscle soreness and aches. I plan to order another one for my mom who suffers from arthritis to help her with her pain.

Love my PowerDot! An absolute game changer for my chronic lower back pain. I use it after my workouts and it’s amazing for my muscle recovery! Amazing that you can control from the convenience of your phone, as well without all the hassle of wires and machinery like other similar devices I had to use during physical therapy. Now I can do my own physical therapy from home! My boyfriend also loves using it for his muscle soreness and recovery after weight lifting days. 10/10 recommend this product for anyone with chronic muscle pain/wants more speedy recovery after work outs.
