The Theragun Wave Duo is a smart vibrating roller that helps you relax and recover your muscles. It has a peanut shape that fits on your neck, spine, and back. It has five vibration settings that you can control with a button or an app. I liked the Wave Duo a lot. It made me feel more flexible and less sore. I ended up buying 4 of these as gifts because i love it so much.

All Theragun product are pretty awesome, but this one is my favorite. The shape of the roller and intensity of the pulsation is like the skeleton key to unlock … well, my skeleton. Super relaxing and open up my back and neck like nothing else short of chiropractic care. It was my chiropractor who recommended it too.

TLDR - this is too firm and vibrates vs massages. We have "the gun" and my wife liked using the roller version of this for her IT-bands and her calves. Using this peanut version disappointed her. I like using a hard roller and lacrosse balls for my back and glutes. This peanut was too firm for my back and not versatile enough (for me) elsewhere. Also, with this device you get more of a vibration with limited massaging effect. I returned it, despite getting a great deal for it.

I bought this device to perform a massage in the areas of the back and arms, it was an excellent product because it provides different pleasant speeds without being as strong as the most models for sports massage

I am disappointed in the Wave Duo. It is very pricey for such a tiny device. I was hoping that based on the shape it would be able to work areas that are difficult to work, especially the paraspinous muscles. It is not able to however. It is very tiny and the two rounded ends are too close together to work on your back and yet at the same time not really useful for Legs either. I honestly do not get why they produced this product. Main positives are small size that can fit in a gym bag and easy charging with decent motor for vibrations. I just do not think that the vibrations can be productively applied. I believe that you are much better off with regular foam roller or better yet a Theragun by the same folks.

Compact, yet still strong enough to work out the knots in the muscles. Includes a handy cloth carrying bag for travel. Works well on the neck when lying flat. Only improvement would be an option for a replaceable/swappable rechargeable battery.

Good for rolling against my neck and spine. Fits comfortably, just wish I could go one click lower in intensity when using on the neck area.

Perfect shape for massaging lower neck and back. Good for legs too. Adjustable intensity is nice.

This device is great, I just wish that it was a little bigger but besides that, it is an awesome little gadget.

Great for relieving muscle tension and knots in those hard to reach spots!

Able to target my calves and back muscle. Much better than just a standard foam roller to hit these tough spots

We got this for our daughters feet. Soccer player that runs a lot. We’ll find out how it works when season starts. I do like the app that works with it.

Product works great. Does everything that I need it to do. Awesome on calf muscles.

This is the best massager I have owned. Does a great job with several intensity levels. I also like that it is cordless and recharges with usb.

Works incredibly on my shoulder, arms, and legs, great amount of run time, comes with a nice back and charges via USB-C

Would definitely make this purchase again. Very versatile. Can use for relaxation or myofascial release.

This was an add on item at Best Buy and a real deal. I bought it because it was a deal- I just love this device. Easy to use, light weight, provides some real relief to achy muscles and joints and cramps. This is fabulous and no learning curve at all. You can use the Therabody app and it enhances the variety of use for the device. Great little product.

Good for pressure points and ease of use, lots of good videos to get more out of it

This is a must have if you are WFH !! Just turn it on adjust the setting to your needs. And relax.

Works good on sore muscles and joints and had a Bluetooth connectivity with timer that is quite convenient.
