The fans turn on and the pump cools, so the physical product is probably decent. The software for Thermaltake is garbage and has been for years. I installed this on a Windows 11 fresh install and nothing works, the software won't recognize the fans so they just run at a constant speed. I can change the info on the screen because it doesn't recognize that either. It just doesn't work at all. Literally a waste of a product.

Hello,
While the screen not being recognized is an issue worth noting, the fans ARGB is meant to be used with the motherboard software, not TT RGB Plus. If you still have the unit please feel free to reach out for an RMA for the screen issue.
