We have had our Thor Kitchen Freestanding Gas Convection Range for 6 months. Best Buy was great in helping us choose a commercial range, delivery, and installation. The range works great, is fast, and has consistent heating, has huge cooking space, and is easy to clean. We thoroughly enjoy our purchase and no complaints and hope you will enjoy yours too.

The THOR 36” gas range is a beautiful and stylish looking appliance with accent blue lights near the knobs. Stainless steel finish adds the perfect finish to the look of the appliance.

I love my stove!!! I've had it for 2yrs now and I really love it. 2 things, the pilot light went out and was damaged due to a spillage and it costs $700 to fix smh. If you have a spill under the grates, it's hard to reach. Also I don't know what to call it but the pilot topper where the flames comes out that is cast iron fades to gray very quickly and I used a cast iron stain to get it back black but it doesn't work. Other than that, I still love my stove.

I bought a Thor 36” electric range in 2022 and within 18 months the cooktop had to be replaced under warranty. I am now 2 1/2 years out, the oven is out of warranty and the convection fan has stopped working and the oven is no longer working. The oven is total garbage do not get it. The oven is also missing a dial because part of it melted, and it is not fixable. Parts are hard to get Thor is difficult to get a hold of and they are not very helpful.

Oven depth is 15”. Should be deeper. Wish the middle two burners were reversed with the lower btu burner in front between the larger front btu burners. Sometimes I just need to heat something small and don’t like having to use back burners. Sounds like a fan running as oven heats up and also after oven is turned off and I am not using convection feature. Do like that the oven heats up quickly.

As a chef, I purchased this range/oven and had it installed in March 2022 with expectations of a great cooking/baking experience in my home. Although, it is a beautiful piece of equipment, the oven is not what I expected. I have found that there is some type of thermostat issue. it bakes very unevenly (even on convection), the temperature fluctuates and half of my products are burnt, while the other half is raw. I have contacted the warranty department and we will see what they have to say. The range is ok, but very finicky and adjustments have to be made all while cooking to accomodate the lack of consistency in the flames. I do not think this is a reccomendable product. Very dissapointing.

Love the stove. It looks great and works well. The oven is a little slow to heat up but it's gas.

Excellent Stove! Pleasedwith our purchase. Save tons of money compared to others commercial type stoves , but didn’t loose any functionality. Purchased 6 months ago.

opened the carten and found 5 screws on the bottom of the box, stove makes a lot of noise when the oven is on

We love it so far. Professional-style range at half the cost of some other manufacturers, and it's made local to us in So. Calif.
