I've got to admit, I love this thing. I love having two batteries, but so far I haven't had to stop in the middle of vacuuming to change it. I love the low, medium, high settings. Low is perfect for vacuuming house. What I really love that at first I thought was silly, was the LED lights showing where I am vacuuming. I can clearly SEE the dirt and dog hair I'm about to vacuum, which helps me to stop skip over areas. It almost helps me realize just how dirty my floors are!! I like the several attachments that it comes with and the other stuff, but the things I mentioned made me love this vacuum. I never thought I would admit that I actually love my vacuum, especially because I really disliked my previous popular brand vacuum that I paid a fortune for and the battery stopped holding a charge in less than 2 years. I've had this vacuum for about 6 months.

Im surprised with the battery life. I usually run it on level 1 on hardwood. There are 3 levels. I use level 3 on the carpet. We have a husky and I have long hair. It does a great job of grabbing all the hair and is easy to clean the filter! We made sure to grab the one with 2 batteries. Our house is 3,000sq ft and weren't sure if one battery could do the whole house on one charge. If I make sure to only use level 1 on the hardwood and the level 3 on carpet it just makes the whole house. For a deeper clean we end up using both batteries. The good thing is both batteries can be charged at the same time. There are several attachments for it and can ve shortened to be used as a quick handheld vacuum for the car or on the stairs. If I had one gripe it would be that I have to empty it about 3-4 times when cleaning. But we do have a husky. Otherwise its been a great vacuum. Its rather light weight and decently quiet. We chose this over the more expensive Dyson and I'm glad we did.

Vacuum is powerful, and it's really nice having removable batteries (and an extra battery). Was a very good upgrade over our old Dyson v6 stick vacuum. The locking trigger is very convenient, and the bin is super easy to remove and clean. Knocking off half a star because the space between the screwholes on the charging dock is an inch larger than most Dyson stick vacuum docks and there do not appear to be any portable stands compatible with this spacing, so unless you want to mount directly to the wall, you'll have to be ready to just leave the dock on the floor or tabletop. Another half-star knocked off for the way the batteries charge. The extra battery will not charge unless the vacuum is docked with the other battery installed and then only after that battery is fully charged.

I purchased the Tineco A11 Hero EX Cordless Vacuum a little over 2 years ago. I have been very pleased with this purchase. I love that it came with 2 batteries and I do indeed use it long enough to switch it out. It's a great stick vac with regards to hard floors, area rugs, and light main carpet cleaning. I had an issue and customer service was excellent!

Love this cordless! It’s light, maneuvers easily, it fits under almost all of my furniture and, with 2 batteries, I have enough power to vacuum our whole house.

This vacuum is worth it. I watched all the reviews and they said this vacuum compares to the $800 Dyson. Besides the fact the capacity for dirt on this model is smaller than the $800 Dyson everything else is just as good. You feel it suction to the carpet when you vacuum so you know it’s working. I can get my entire apartment done including the couch on one battery but it comes with two so it can handle more square footage. You won’t regret this purchase.

Lightweight, convenient, the 2 batteries are needed. The highest mode really drains the battery fast. The suction is good.

I have been using it on the hardwood floor and so far it works great. The battery also last much longer than other vacuums I’ve used in the past.

Really liked it at first. Quickly, within about a month the suction significantly decreased. The materials are very cheap plastic and don’t hold up well to the normal wear and tear of using this. The trash bin release button is very difficult to push. The rotating brush doesn’t always work. Go over back and forth and still doesn’t always pick up things. I wouldn’t recommend it

I purchased this for use on wood and tile flooring. It works great and easy to use. It has 3 cleaning suctions. The highest suction is for carpets which uses up the battery very quickly. I use the medium and light suction on my floors, it gets the dust and dirt. It is great for when you just need touch-ups in small areas. The extra battery is nice so when one gets low, just swap out and you have a fresh battery. Light and maneuvers very easy. I recommend this vacuum if you don't like a canister or upright....Hanging the charger on the wall was easy and all the attachments fit on the mounting.

Overall, I am happy with this product, however, I still feel the suction does not even come close to the power of my corded Dyson Vac. Overall, my need for this vacuum is primarily for wood floors, so it works well enough. I like the fact that this vacuum comes with two batter packs. I also like that it has an "locked" trigger" feature so you do not have to continuously hold the switch down as I heard is the case with other models. Overall, I am satisfied.

I really like this Tineco! It is much quieter even on the top speed than my Dyson, and the Tineco suction is perfect on the middle speed for picking up the dirt and dog hair that daily accumulate ~ a never ending saga. I especially like how great it comes apart for cleaning afterwards and the extra filter and suction attachment to clean the filters is awesome! I will keep my Dyson to use in other house but will miss my Tineco. If the Tineco comes on sales again, I might just get another for the other house! Do not hesitate to buy!

So far I love this vacuum. The attachments that come with it make it useful everywhere and having the backup battery comes in handy.

Great vacuum. Mounting the stand/holder on the wall was very easy. The stand holds all the extra tools very nicely. Like that you can store and charge the extra battery on the stand at the same time as charging the vacuum. Vacuum has good suction, especially when set to high mode. Very easy to switch tools.

This was a replacement for another Tineco that i had bought. It didn't even last a year. Love the best buy warranty you can buy, definetly worth the money

I was surprised by the amount of power this machine has. Very lightweight and maneuverable. Vacuuming and cleaning is almost fun.

The suction isn’t great, the batteries are crap, and its just CHEAPLY made so I have no idea what the people leaving raving reviews are smoking. The dustbin lid snapped off less than two months after purchasing. I wanted to replace the dustbin lid but the manufacturer only sells the complete dustbin (what a waste of plastic, no?). The replacemet dustbin was $23, which I felt was a reasonable price. The shipping to Hawaii would cost me $50 which I anticipated since Hawaii never qualifies for free shipping anyway. But then two days after placing my order, i receive an email from Tineco stating that I need to pay an additional $90 for shipping on top of the $50 I already paid. That’s ridiculous! And for a mediocre vacuum at best! Not like it’ll make a difference to Tineco, but they just lost my business indefinitely.

After less than a year, wouldn’t hold charge and didn’t work very well. Replaced with a Miele cordless that was similar in price but MUCH better product.

The vacuum is just as I expected from reading the reviews on it. I am very happy with it. Ii is easy to clean the filters and empty the dust bin and it works well on my new medium pile carpeting.

I was super excited about this vacuum and replaced my dyson with it. It Worked really well the first few months. Already the battery seems to be wearing down and it’s not sucking nearly as well as it should be or once was. I follow all directions and clean and replace filters and still not great sucking power
