I purchased this machine and use it daily and use it daily. It has saved me so much time. When you first bring it home, you assemble this machine with ease not only was it easy to put together. It prevents you from sweeping you can just vacuum and mop at the same time. I have shared my experience with family and friends my neighbors and this is my second purchase. That’s how much I enjoy seeing the dirt come up. I have never been so dust, free, sand free. It makes me feel so great to know that my grandchildren can come into the house and I don’t have to worry about their little hands touching my floor thank you Tineco what a great vacuum. Product is so good. I ended up buying two. This is my second purchase. My daughter actually purchased the first one and now this is my second.

I absolutely love this mop. We are a no shoe household. Using it daily, I love that our white socks stay white! I’ve used it to mop up cereal, milk, eggs, apple sauce, various sauces and spills.

Freaking amazing makes cleaning our floor a breeze. We have 4 kids and a dog, we live in the country and this thing is amazing cleans great and is easy to clean and store.

Every mom need this! Has given me sooo much time back to do other things!

Love this product so much!! This was a lifesaver for me, since a had a little baby and a toddler is much easy for me to clean since I got the Tineco!! Is really one of the best things I’ve spent my money on!! I really recommend it!!

I have owned this floor cleaner for two years and four months. It has worked pretty good up until today. I have used it about every other week since I bought it to clean the living room and kitchen, so not a lot of cleaning. (I use my Dyson vacuum every day, if not twice a day). Today I went to use it and it wouldn’t suck and gave me an error message to contact customer service. They informed my that my warranty expired four months ago and the motor needs to be replaced. It will be $106 to get replaced. I paid $340 for this, I expected it to last longer than this, especially with the amount of times I used it and how well I took care of it.

As an adult, a vacuum can be a very exciting thing to buy yourself. The price was hard to swallow until I seen what this mop could do. I loved it very much. Made my days so much easier as a busy, working parent. I easily could mop 3-4 rooms in a matter of 30 minutes or clean up any spills from my kids or dogs. And man, did it do its job well leaving my floors amazing. Minus there is always an inch1/2 or so next to walls or objects it couldnt get but no biggy. Used on both hardwood and vinyl, it was wonderful. I had it for 11 months and was a happy customer until I wasnt. Less than a year later, it wont keep charge on its charging station and when it does charge, I might be able to get 15 minutes of use with it. Googled the problem to see if maybe there was something I could do to solve the issue and it seems to be a very common problem with Tineco brands in general, along with a few more. And Tineco is not willing to provide much help without paying more money. Needless to say I recommend doing your research thoroughly, saving your money and purchasing a good mop bucket and mop.

I love my Tineco. It makes cleaning 1000% easier and my floors appear to be much more clean than when I used a regular mop. The only downside is the battery life. I wish it would last longer so that I could mop more space at once. I still recommend this product because it is a life saver.

The machine was fine for about 16 months, and then started to make an unusually loud noise when running. I reached out to support twice during the warranty period, and was ghosted each time. I reached out again after the warranty period and they finally responded that it needs repair, and I could purchase additional support. I purchased the out-of-warranty repair and sent them the vacuum, only to be told two weeks later that it couldn't be repaired and that they were scrapping the vacuum. They refused to give me any justification on why it couldn't be repaired and also refused to send the vacuum back to me. I've never had a company just keep an item I sent for repair without any recompense. If you search online, you'll find others dealing with the same situation. I will never buy another Tineco, and I highly suggest you avoid them as well.

I love this mop, can’t imaging cleaning without it. It’s been two years since I bought it and it still works great

Works great!! Cleans wonderfully. Only complaint is cleaning all the pieces was a pain, not hard but annoying. But if you use it daily and use the self clean cycle you wouldn’t have to clean the parts that often. I clean mine every time I use it because I don’t use it daily, just my husband and I so …. If you wait several days to clean it out you take the chance of an Oder. My daughter uses hers daily and loves it. Doesn’t complain about stinky Oder because she uses way more often than I do. All in all, it is a cool machine that does exactly what it says. I would definitely recommend if you are cleaning up from kiddos or have a hacking household where you are always cleaning up messes.

Love the idea of the machine. Note do not leave charged so you dont burn out the battery and make sure you keep the base clean

I like it so much it helped me clean so fast and when my kids drop like some food on the floor or water or coffee, whatever it can help clean it so quick I don’t have to worry about like cleaning and then mopping. This one can do all the stuff.

I purchased this unit and used it one time. It was such a pain to clean I ended up placing it in the closet and not using. I have MS and trying to get my hands to work to properly clean the unit after every use wasn't working for me. So after 1 use, its now 2025. I decide I'm feeling well enough to use it. I plug it in and fill the water fill, turn it on and it atarts spinning and putting out water but wont pick up water. So i paid $300 to mop my floor once

Does a great job of cleaning. One of the better floor cleaners at its price. There are better units for more money.

I recently purchased the Tineco - Floor One S3 Extreme last November 2023 with high hopes of revolutionizing my floor cleaning routine. However, after just two uses, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a disappointment, leading me to feel compelled to share my negative review. The primary issue I encountered was with the water cup, which started leaking after minimal use. Not only did this render the product inefficient and messy to use, but it also raised concerns about the overall quality of the materials used in its construction. The cup itself quickly lost its transparency, suggesting that the material used was of low quality and prone to deterioration. Moreover, the valve responsible for controlling the water pouring malfunctioned, exacerbating the leaking issue and making the product practically unusable. Despite attempting to rectify the problem by seeking a replacement cup, I was informed by Best Buy that the model is no longer available, leaving me stuck with a defective product and no viable solution. The lack of availability of replacement parts coupled with the poor quality and performance of the Tineco - Floor One S3 Extreme has left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. It's disheartening to invest in a product that fails to deliver on its promises and lacks adequate support from the manufacturer or retailer. Returning the Tineco - Floor One S3 Extreme due to its faulty design and subsequent purchase of another vacuum has only compounded my frustration. Not only did I have to deal with the hassle of returning a defective product, but I also found myself in another predicament. Since I had to purchase a new vacuum, I lost the protection plan that came with the initial purchase of the Tineco - Floor One S3 Extreme. This oversight has left me feeling financially burdened, as I now need to invest in another protection plan for the replacement vacuum, further increasing the overall cost of this ordeal. This entire experience has underscored the importance of not only the quality of the product but also the level of customer support and service provided by the manufacturer and retailer. It's unacceptable to invest in a product only to encounter such significant issues shortly after purchase, especially when the company fails to offer adequate solutions or support. As a consumer, I expect better, and I urge others to be wary of the Tineco - Floor One S3 Extreme until these issues are addressed.

I really liked how it works but I don't know, mine didn't last more than a year. When I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me some parts but it didn't solve the problem so I'll have to buy another one and lose the money for the one I bought.

Initially i was so happy and satisfied, recommending it to everyone i talkes to! Then after a few months, the motor went out on me and i contacted the manufacturer. No big deal, they sent me a label and i semt my product in and they repaired it and sent it back, then it happened again after a few months, same process, then it happened yet another time and it took them weeks to make a decision on what to do about it breaking on me 3 times. Final decision is to send me a brand new machine, this in the works! Overall, i am not satisfied after so many issues and inconvenience.
