Very easy for children to learn & use. Light weight & easy to transport. Nice size screen.

If I could easily get answers to my questions, I would like the computer better. It took me four people and all day to get to someone who could help me download 8.1. It wouldn't download the usual way; so a specialist at Toshiba had to take charge of my computer and download it for me.

I love using it for school. It really helps that it doesn't take long to pull up programs. I just wish the wifi would stay connected. I have to reconnect every time I power up. The programs for windows 8, however, are very hard to understand and navigate.

This is a great little multi-tasking laptop for the price. It is very responsive, the keyboard has a good feel to it, and it's light weight but durable with a nice finish. It does everything that I need a laptop to do at a very good price.

Easy to use, good size, great graphics. I use it primarily for online courses but it's even great for photo editing! Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Bought as a "clearance" item. Great value for the $$ paid. Performs well for current need of MS Office, web access, etc. Would recommend for as good student (middle/high school) or medium use laptop.

I only buy Toshiba and as I said always look for the bargains without hurting or accepting less value. I am not disappointed with this Toshiba. I was told by a salesperson that their repair shop is always full of Toshibas, and that Toshiba is their lowest seller. This is my 3rd Toshiba laptop in as many years as they have made laptops and I still have my original with no problems. I use a lot of USB plug ins, so my ports do get sloppy to a point where I do need to replace the computer. Cheaper to buy a new one that replace the ports. I only replace the computer because I use it for work and need reliable ports for my work. I LOVE Toshiba and will continue to support their products.

All in all I am satisfied with my laptop. The price was excellent and I feel that I got a great deal for the money. I love Windows 8 and am grateful it was included with the laptop.

We have always bought Toshiba and love the new one. It is very fast and has many features.

Good price, excelent image, the speed is a problem sometimes. Used for home but would not recommend for business or to work. I just took it out of the box and started using it. Very easy to set up and register

The purchase of this laptop computer was for my son, who is currently in college. He originally wanted to buy an apple laptop but I convinced him to look around and sure enough I was able to persuade him into purchasing the Toshiba laptop. For the money it was a very good buy. The purchase and check was very fast and all our questions were answered.

I love the different apps that I can download use versus constantly getting on the internet. It is advanced and different for an android user like myself but simple to learn and navigate quickly.

Love it, love it, love it! I bought it for myself but my son needed a computer with many features this laptop has, and this have it all. I can't be any happier than I am so is my son.
