I installed a second Actiontec FiOS router extender and needed to extend the signal from that router to a detached garage, alleyway access. First split the FiOS to the Actiontec extender (it automatically retrieved the credentials from the original Verizon router) and then connected this extender to my new router that supports both 2.4 & 5 Ghz wireless signals. This was very easy, hit the WPS on the new extender, then on the new router and waited for the light to turn the right color. Done, move it to a backyard adjacent wall and plugged it in. The signal was great at that location and had very good wireless in the garage. I then connected all our smart phones to the 5 G wireless network. Everything is buzzing along just fine and in the last two months, no issues.

This range extender was super easy to set up. In fact, it could not have been any easier to set up. It extends my home wifi range perfectly. I needed the signal to be stronger to a couple of detached buildings on my property and it it did this perfectly. This was the first extender that and I tried and it worked perfectly, so there was no reason to try any other.

I purchased this for my son who just bought a house. The house is built like 2 houses connected by a breezeway and internet wasn't consistent. He loves the long range of this wi fi extender and is very happy with it. It works well and does exactly as he anticipated and reaches all over his very long house.

I'm using this as a wireless access point upstairs in my house and it has definitely helped with wifi coverage. It was easy to set up and I've had no problems with it.

Bought this extender to reach the internet from the house to the guest house, and it works better than any other product I’ve bought. Not to mention, it can be accessed on your computer to be diagnosed if not working .

Great way to add range to our WiFi. Placed right in between where signal reaches and the dead zone of our home. Easy set up and configuration.

The 20 ft from my house to my garage is perfect spot for this extended. Since covid, i moved my home office out to my garage and it was a good connection but not the best. Until i added this little guy. Not im able to sit through many webex meetings and not have to try to listen through stutters or wait for my image to catch up. Setup was so easy that a few months down the road, I can even recall what i did. So simple it wasn't memorable, and i can think of many devices that i will never be able to forget the struggle of setup. anyway if you need an extender and this is still available, go for it.

This wifi booster definitely helps the wifi reach all parts of the house more powerfully, the only reason its not 5 star is because it disconnects every few days and needs to rest for a long time before it reconnects

We needed an extender to reach out pool pump outside. I was debating on hardwiring or trying an extender like this one. So far, it works great. It didn't boost the signal as strong as I was hoping even with it being directly opposite the system (inside behind the concrete wall), but it works well enough to where we were able to get it running. Additional advantage, it fixed our signal strength downstairs with our TV.

Had a heck of a time getting it setup but I called the company’s Customer service line and they walked me through it. Provides a good extension to the WiFi in my shop. Easily connects when I get in its range and my phone switches automatically. I do recommend this product

The TP-Link works great and really extends the range of my router. In a ranch style house that is spead out- this range extender gives coverage to the far side of the house.

It started out working well but the walls were too thick 9they are concrete) so it had to go back.

We have a 3500 square-foot home with two stories and an 1800 square foot lanai, Wi-Fi extender Works beautiful. Have only had to reset it a few times due to power outages or loss of signal on my devices. Other than that well worth the money

it has a good reception, and good quality, big area of covered, and very clear

Had router located in addition made to house a few years ago. Signal had to go through brick wall for coverage in rest of house. Did not get very good coverage upstairs or on front porch (another brick wall). Added extender and now have great coverage through out house and on front porch.

Seems to be working quite well. I don't have a whole lot of outlets to choose from for installing the device but even the one I ended up with is having a noticeable improvement in WIFI coverage for the problem area of the house.

Easy to setup, dual band and looks pretty on the wall.

bought this and found it to be amazing product. It is able to extend Wifi range to my entire 4 bedroom apartment. The best part is that you can keep the same SSID, so no need to switch networks when you're away. It's also much cheaper than the typical mesh networking solutions so perfect for a mid - large size household

Hooked up easy using the instructions using WPS button on the router. Confusing on the alternate type of setup for direct wire hook up to the computer. Is there an on line vid for the 2nd alternate type of install setup.

I love this after trying several cheaper extenders that never really worked all that well I have finally found one that does what it promises. Internet in the whole house now!
