Decent overall router, lacking 1.2Gbps speeds though. With all 3 bands sperate or combined, limited to about 650Mbps down and about 250Mbps up. This is while using wifi 6 and 6E equipment. My FiOS router will hit speeds up to 1Gbps when on the 2nd 5Ghz band for contrast. Overall, I'm still happy with the router.

There are three of us in the office. When we were on the Cable modem wifi, the Zoom calls were choppy. We would have slow downs depending on what the others in the office were doing. All of the apps we use are online.
This has fixed all of our speed issues. All three of us can be on Zoom calls and we do not experience any issues.
It has (2) 5 channels and a (1) 2.4 channel. You access the router under one SSID. It takes care of what channel to put you on and takes care of load ballancing.

So far, no issues. Easy set up - plug everything in, turn it on, connect with the app, and set up your wifi names and passwords. I like the app, decent functionality. Offers additional for a fee.

This is a very fast router. It's also got a very clean and easy user interface through the admin panel. It's well suited to easy home set-up, while also having advanced menus with some very high level features for advanced gaming or creating VPNs, custom virtual subnets, etc.
Runs cooler than my last Archer-based router, but with fantastically higher bandwidth. One strong point on this is it has an uplink WAN port that is 2.5GB, which fattens the pipe to my Mikrotik router and optical like.

This router seems like an oversight on TPLink's part due to COVID. It has not been marketed, there are no reviews for it and HomeCare (now homeshield on this router) is a subscription based service ($50 / year).
I purchased this TPLink hoping to get faster WiFi speeds over the Asus RT-AX86U but it capped out at 300Mbps with gig internet. It could be an issue on my end though.
Setup was not easy as it must have been an oversight from the factory as it was not detected in the Tether app and connecting to it via Ethernet cable, it asked for a password. After factory resetting it, I was able to set a password since this was the first time setup and you're supposed to set a password.
Not overly impressed and with the AX96 coming out later this year, I would potentially hold off. I enjoy TPLink and their Archer C9 is still one of the crown jewels of their portfolio but the new routers they are putting out are questionable. At over $300, I should not have to pay more (home shield) to have it work.

Unfortunately this is a 1 star review because my router after it perfectly connected to my cable modem was working perfectly fine then after 2-3 hours it dropped connection, after restarting and re connecting it dropped connection again exactly after 2-3 hours. after third restart it worked 2-3 hour and completely disconnected and would not reconnect at all after that (I suspect hardware failure) . I connected back my old Netgear R7000 and it reconnected immediately and runs perfectly fine. I have TP link a chance as I wanted to get away from Netgear router which has firmware issues ( had to be downgraded to work ) I was very happy with TP link exactly for first 3 hours because performance was extremely good until it miserably failed. which it shouldn’t for $300+ Hardware cost. It suspiciously failed after exactly same 3 time periods. I would love to test one again if Tp link sends me one I’ll even pay for it if it works as designed and change this review to 5 stars.

Good software and features but I was not able to connect all devices to it. Legacy wireless devices worked but newer ones did not connect with faster wireless speeds.
