They refused to refund my money!!!!!!!!!! :( I called T-Mobile they charged me $15.00 per month for unlimited overseas calls, land line or cell phones!!!!!!! Never again, I will buy phone card, and I lost any respect I had for Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This one I could not use. Total waste of money. I put the pin numbers in phone as normal. Text from tracphone kept coming up as 0. Spent hours with Tracfone with no success.

A very bad experience

I am tired of calling, Many times they sent email without the code....I don't know how to do.... It is a very bad experience.
