Pretty easy to use, for a person coming from a flip phone. even though no manual came it. I called the company for one but it did not print well. NOTE: You need to buy a storage card to take photos. I suggest 32gb.

Purchased to use when my phone broke and waited to get my new phone in. Did the job and is nicer than I expected for a 30 dollar phone. Has everything you'd need for a full time phone. I gave it to my my son for a starter phone. He likes it.

Great phone for the price. I bought this for my father who has a flip phone and is having trouble with the small screen. This phone is a good size for seniors. The price was fantastic.

It is very slow when browsing and searching it is also slow when calling someone and having the number u dial connect.

Blu View 1 has exceeded my expectations as an inexpensive alternative to some of the more pricey mobile phones. The picture is crystal clear, and all the operations are seamless when working online, when navigating Wi-Fi networks, and the sound is very good for calls and video playback. All phone operations are quick and snappy and the 2 cameras are of sufficient quality. Great little phone!

It’s easier to use than the tracfone journey which I bought before then returned it for this.

Phone works fine just that am gonna have to head back to Best Buy haven’t bought the phone for 2 weeks good charge the phone and it’s a 100% minutes after 11pm in the morning say 7 am the phone is on 47% that’s crazy and I don’t add anything to it no games nothing just using it to make calls that’s it

I have been a Tracfone customer for 9 years, and have had several Tracfone phones. By far, this is the worst phone. I can only describe it as a piece of junk. It takes forever to be full charged, but after unplugging it, after a few hours the charge goes down to 12%. If I get a few phone calls, it goes down to 0%, Calls are always dropped, and the phone didn't even ring half the time when receiving incoming calls. I wouldn't recommend this BLU phone to anyone.

Its good for phone calls and text ..internet don't have high expectations. I just bought it for making/receiving calls for medical services.

If you want a super easy phone to use at low cost this is the phone for you. Easy to setup and great phone, better than the flip phone had before this one.

Very slow operating system. I purchased this as a backup device for occasional game play. It suits its purpose but, I wouldn’t recommend for heavy/primary usage.

Purchased this to replace a flip phone. Seems durable. Turn OFF all apps you don't want/need to keep them from eating up all the data. Everything's tied into Google, as almost everything is. Battery life in standby mode is pretty good. Haven't had it long enough to know if there are any issues.

Unusual purchase for a disabled friend. It seems like a good phone.
