But after this month service I must say that I enjoyed the service well and it kept me to of signal.

I should have taken it back while it was in the returnable stage. I kept thinking I would surely learn to use it and like it but it has not happened and now it is too late so I am unfortunately stuck with a dud which I will end up donating to someone who desperately needs a phone. I can honestly say it has been a disappointment since I was replacing my LG Premier Pro LTE which was getting old and had a broken screen. I don't know how to begin the list of problems I have had so I will just end this by saying "do your research before buying". This may be just the phone for your needs but not mine for sure and watch your trial period so you don't wind up with a product you can't use and enjoy.

Best Busy does not help with Tracfones

If Best Buy would have helped would have found out the phone was defective before spending hours on the telephone with Tracfone. Actually the 5 and 1 stars below are unknown as I couldn't get the phone to work.

LG had one years ago that I just loved but they don't make it anymore and had to change because of the old 4g network not working anymore. Planned obsolescence.
