I like the screen size and battery life. One improvement would be to reduce the overall weight of the phone.

This is an entry level smart phone which performs as good as a mid range but with slower speed? Camera is decent. Great for kids and the elderly, simple interface

I purchased the Galaxy in order to drop my landline and transfer the phone number. I choose the J2 because of the removable battery. Seems like all the android phones fail to include a pdf of the users manual and you have to explore the settings to get configured. I don't need FB or other pre-installed apps and would prefer to remove unwanted apps. Luckily I went through this experience with my LG phone so I can at least shut down apps I don't need. I would buy an LG is you don't need a removable battery because the LG comes with a very good audio recording app.

Been TracFone customer for 15+ years. Had to upgrade my phone. Got Samsung J2. Not a $1000 iPhone, but pretty good with all the features I need. Dan at Best But was great at move everything from my old phone to the J2. Great customer experience. He was friendly, competent, efficient, and great to deal with. Have used phone for a couple of weeks and it's great...good service, fast, good photos, etc.

I'm a senior and find this phone easy to operate,large screen and nice camera.

Overall the phone is doing what I expected. However, I had to return to th store for more info. I am still learning about all it can do1! Thanks to the salesperson who helped me. ( Can't remember his name something like Brad or Brett. Good and very knowledgeable. P

Phone appears to be able to do everything my wife wants to do with a basic smart phone. However, she is not happy with the sounds that the phone occassionally emits even when not in use or after it has been turned off.

Camera is clear with good resolution. Still getting used to it. Good value

So far so good! I purchased it for my 9 year-old-son. At his age having a phone was a NO NO but things we're different then. With this Pandemic going on I need to be able to reach him in case of an emergency and vice versa. I need to be able to be in contact with my sons at ALL times. Thank God for TracFones! Only add money to it when needed.

I hate cell phones and most people who talk on them.....but after I took a header on my way to work, my guy made me get one. This works fine. The clerk recommended the J2, and all my other stuff, Tablet, Tv's are Samsung. It's not too hard for an old lady to figure out. So, the next time I almost kill myself, I can call for help!

My LG phone died after 1.5 years. This Samsung seems to already deliver better performance. It's a little heavy and clunky, but it is very serviceable.

Its gets hot and the battery drains. CPU gets hot. Very slow phone.
