overall the game is not very good. the story is forgettable, the gameplay is repetitive, the controls need some getting used to and the bosses are too hard. it gets repetitive because all you do is fight a few enemies, fight a few enemies and then get to the boss. the weapon options are o.k. you have a slash attack, a machine gun, 5 missiles which you can reload with powerups that you get after killing enemies. the missiles are the best weapon because if you are fighting regular enemies they can kill them quickly. the health is a little weird too because first of all you have your orange bar which i guess is your stamina and you have your blue bar which is your health. first the orange bar goes down then the blue bar. oh, and by the way transforming sucks. your better off on foot. i would not recommend this game unless you are a big fan of transformers.

My son is 5 and it is a little hard for him to play but he is getting the hang of it. He loves anything transformers and loves that it is a DS game!

I like it, some games are not the best on the DS. My son has a fun time playing with it and holds his attention

yes the graphics don't compare to those of the Xbox version but for $9 you can overlook that. Great for kids.
