I am a big transformer fan and I have pushed that fandom on my son. For Christmas, I purchased this Transformer Race Track. First, this toy is much bigger than it looks online, which I think is pretty cool. Optimus Prime transforms in one simple step, making it easier for younger children. The trailer transforms into a long race track and has two smaller transformer race cars; however, saying the race cars transform is a bit of stretch as their head and arms extend automatically. Again this is good for young kids but I have found this occasionally hinders the launch of the race cars. It is made of a cheaper plastic but it is fun and entertaining. IMO it is not worth the full retail price of around $50 but we caught it on sale for $25. Overall, if you can catch it on sale, it is a good buy and fun for the kids.

This was a Christmas gift for my 1-year old son, I know... Too big of a present for a baby, but man did he love it!!! My son is scared of stuffed animals or toys that talk or move like Elmo or Mickey. He enjoys cars and tires. When he saw it he was just staring at it and once out of the box we made Optimus into the Semi-truck and my son was super excited! He also loves the two mini transformers that come with the set. This set was on sale for $24.99 during X-mas time and free shipping! Awesome Deal!! Regular price was $59.99!!

Got this for my 4 year old and he loves it. The transforming from semi to robot is pretty easy but fun. This is also huge. Optimus Prime is big and the trailer is even bigger. Pretty simple to fold out and play with though does take some work to snap it all together in the beginning.

The mini transformers included makes this a perfect gift set. These function easily and very friendly for small hands. Love the fact that the child can use the imagination in multiple ways because of the multi functions of this Optimus Prime truck.

This was a big hit with my grands with plenty to keep them occupied on their visit. It comes with two small cars to interact with big Optimus truck and more characters can be added to expand the fun. Purchased on sale, very happy with it.

This toy is cool for older kids. My 2.5 year old is into transformers so we thought this would work. However, the trailer portion easily comes apart. Once the trailer is dismantled then the little cars can't race. I could see this being fun for 5/6 year olds. I would still recommend for the right age.

Solidly built, my 3 year old loves the gigantic Optimus most and is slowly understanding how to race the flip bots. Great toy. Does require some assembly and stickers out the box.

This was a gift for my 4 year old grandson. He loved it,him and his 6 year old brother played with it for along time during the party. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. Seems to be well made. Ordering was easy and Shipping was fast.

This is such a great deal! My son and nephew both got one for xmas and they love it! Optimus is a good size for their age (they're both 3) and it's easy to transform.

I bought this toy for my kids. It's big and fun. Optimus prime can transform, and it comes with 2 mini cars and race. my kids love it.

Had this toy for about 9 months now. My son still plays with it but it’s kinda annoying that it doesn’t stay together, the trailer is constantly opening by itself and the pieces click apart/off easily. That being said, he’s been hard on it and it’s VERY durable. He loves Anything and everything Optimus so he refuses to let it go!
