The installation was very well organized with two experienced installers. It took the installers approximately 1 1/2 hours to carry the T 10 into my basement and complete the installation. After assembling the T 10 the installers turned the treadmill on to make sure it was working properly. They were very polite asking me if I had any questions on using the treadmill. Before leaving they took all the packaging with them along with my old treadmill. A very good experience I highly recommend the $249 service from Best Buy.

The guys who installed my treadmill was very nice. However, during the haul away of my old treadmill the scratched my wall up and pulled and bend the whole bottom strip on my security door. They did a fantastic job building my new treadmill in my basement but the haul away of my old treadmill was horrible.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. The delivery people complained about needing to place our treadmill on the second floor. They tracked the residue from our old machine all over our carpeting.

Love the treadmill. The incline capability is crazy, if you like hills the decline feature is cool. IFit app is fun. You NEED HIGH CIELINGS if you buy this product. The deck is 13 inches off the floor. Installation service could have been better. I had to tighten several bolts that were not completely tightened and had some damage to my home when the old treadmill was removed.

The guys were as nice as can be and assembled my new treadmill as though they had done it many times as I'm sure they had. I marked off 1 star because they refused to remove and haul off the old treadmill for fear they would damage the walls. Best Buy required me to disassemble it and place it on the porch. The same guys came and picked it up.

Really appreciate the technicians who brought and assembled my new treadmill and hauled away the old one. These things are really heavy. My only issue is that they did not leave the instruction manual or the tools to adjust the walking belt,but Proform resolved this.

The technicians showed up on time as promised and were very polite and courteous. The location where I needed the treadmill placed was somewhat challenging as it involved tight corners and stairs. Although the treadmill was bulky and very heavy, the techs used extreme caution and were able to get the treadmill where I wanted it. The installation went smoothly and they didn’t take shortcuts or rush the assembly of the treadmill, which was appreciated. The experience overall was excellent and I was very satisfied.

This is my 2nd install team experience from Best Buy and it is the one of the big selling points for me buying an electronic from Bestby over the competition. This install team delivered my NordickTrack Treadmill, assembled it, ran down the features for me, AND hauled away outdated work elliptical machine. Extremely professional, thorough, personable, friendly, and clear with going over the features. I strongly recommend the BestBuy Install team to anyone who doesn't have the patience or time to put electronics together themselves.

The actual crew (2 guys) that delivered and installed my treadmill did a great job. Even though Best Buy kept messing me up on when the item would be delivered (see my review on the Nautilus treadmill), the guys that actually delivered and assembled the treadmill were fine. They also had to disassemble an older treadmill and take it off. They performed in a very professional manner. Thanks. (The "No" recommendation is directed at the Best Buy delivery scheduling., not the guys that actually did the delivery.)

I received the treadmill in March and in November I started having issues with the treadmill just stopping and then if is frozen. I have to turn it off and back on to start working again. Also the Bluetooth does not connect to my phone.

We were so pleased with the installation of the ProForm Treadmill we bought at Best Buy. Some of the reviews said it wasn't that difficult to assemble but because of the weight of the treadmill and the location upstairs we felt best to have Best Buy send out someone with more experience. If you are considering to purchase exercise equipment, you may want to consider Total Tech Support to Handle for you. They stand behind their work.

The guys did an excellent job installing the treadmill. The two problems I had was initially they had a work order that did not remove my old treadmill which I had paid for. The second problem was one the techs fell into my screen door and broke it. Now I have to deal with Best Buy insurance company, which is a 3rd party to get reimbursed. That really sucks.

Setup haul away was very appreciated, but there after belt of treadmill was not properly adjusted to be used properly initially. Had attempt to figure out the issue and make the adjustments on own. “Installers” should have made proper adjustments b4 leaving.

I previously had a ProForm treadmill. So I was happy to purchase a new one. Since it is a smart one which I was not told when it was purchased. It was not delivered until Jan. 10th and was not told it required a Smart Phone until it was installed. I do not have a Smart phone and had trouble registering it until 2 weeks later. Since this was needed for Therapy I was not happy since I was without the use for 2 weeks more.

I was supposed to receive a phone call a day prior to my schedule delivery. That call never came. On the date my product was supposed to be delivered, a call came 30 minutes before the 7 hour delivery window ended cancelling that day's delivery. When they had to reschedule for another day, another 7 hour window was selected. Again, a call the day prior was promised, so that the delivery window would be narrowed down to a 3 hour window. This call didn't happen either. On the scheduled delivery day, I called the delivery company to see when I could expect delivery. I was told that my delivery was scheduled for the next day (despite having a email stating otherwise). I was also told that delivery also had to be postponed again and that I would get a call later to reschedule. I never received a call to reschedule. Instead, my delivery driver called telling me that he was 5 minutes away. Thankfully I was home, because I did not expect this. At about 6:20 he arrived in a U-haul van with my product. Given the weight of this product, I had also expected 2 people in the delivery vehicle, however, it was only the driver. Once he arrived, I showed him where the install would be and where the old treadmill was that he was supposed to remove. I had asked him how he expected to get the product down to the basement, since the treadmill box weighed about 400 lbs. He said, I needed to help. So, he and I unloaded the treadmill off of the U-Haul truck and put the cardboard box on the snowy ground and pushed it on the ground downhill to the walkout door in my basement where then we lifted it into the house. The old treadmill was then strapped to a dolly and we both worked hard to push this back up to the truck for removal. Once the new treadmill box was in its desired location, he took a couple hours to set it up. I asked several times if he needed help, to which he declined. He finished setting it up at approximately 8:15 p.m. and gave me a quick overview of the product. The following morning I had a slightly sore back from lifting this product. Also, when I was reading the owner manual and inspecting the product, I noticed a couple things: 1, there were several broken parts and 2. the instructions clearly state that 2 people are required for certain parts of the assembly. Maybe the broken part was because the weight of the product was too much for one person. After reading the instructions, I wish I would have known that 2 people were required for this, then I would have helped him out. Now, I really cannot trust that the treadmill was assembled properly. However, I also wonder, if I were not at home how he would have been able to complete these tasks. I don't think he would have, he either would have been injured, broke the product, or asked my wife to help, who could have also gotten injured. This was not a good experience. The lack of phone calls / information on delivery expectations, the U-Haul vehicle, the need for me to help load and unload the treadmill, the broken parts. I expected much better.

Geek squad had 2 team members that; brought in the carton, assembled the new T7 treadmill, and removed the old treadmill. They were just within the time band for arrival. They were courteous but, not very neat. They did not remove the carton (which is large).

There were three guys to install the treadmill. The belt was squeaky. When I pointed that to the tech, he said it should be ok once I start using....

Had my delivery schedule 4 weeks in advance for a Saturday between 7am-1pm. The service tech called a 1pm on the day the delivery was scheduled for and said it would be after 5pm before he could get to my home. I was also getting a bike with this treadmill, I asked him how long it would take to assemble both the bike and the treadmill. He did not even have the bike on the truck. He said he would be out Sunday by 9am. He called on Sunday at 8:30am and he said he could not pickup from BestBuy's dock until 9am. He arrived at 10:45am, very frustrating waiting around all weekend for something that was scheduled a month in advance. I did not get any walk through on the equipment, once it was assembled and the tech left.

My wife and I have been exercise regularly for many years now. This treadmill along with iFit are bringing us both to a new level of fitness. I use the treadmill every other day and my wife uses it the other. When I am not on the treadmill itself, I am using iFit on my ipad so I can get the fitness instruction with other means of exercise such as our elliptical. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with this purchase and I highly recommend it.
