We had geek squad deliver and set up our treadmill due to the weight not lack of our understanding how to put it together. They arrived as planned and moved it into location. My only complaint was this was the first treadmill that they set up and only glazed over the instructions. My husband stood guard and recommended the proper way to assemble it. I wish they would have read the manual better, we had to go back and tighten up things that had a sequence that should have been done in order. Anyhow just not having to carry the 350 lbs was worth it but next time we will do assembly up ourselves it was not that hard if you follow directions.

Very unhappy with our delivery and lack of support from Best Buy. We ordered a Nordictrack treadmill that weighs about 367lb, which Best Buy obviously knew since they sold it to us. A man and a woman arrived in a pickup truck, and then said it was too heavy for them to carry it upstairs without damaging the treadmill or our house. A lot of people put their treadmills in basements, so I don't think it is unrealistic to expect to go up or down stairs. They carried the small stuff upstairs and left the treadmill sitting at the bottom of our stairs. They said someone from Best Buy would be calling me soon and left. I have not heard from anyone, and it's impossible to talk with the local manager because their phone line says that location is not taking any calls. The call center told me I'd have to personally go to the store to actually talk with someone. I am so frustrated with Best Buy. Nowhere on the description does it say they cannot go up or down stairs. The people they sent were completely unprepared. Professional movers would use a large furniture dolly with straps and have some way to protect the surrounding area. Unfortunately, a dolly would be best used with the item still in the box, but they just left it sitting here no box. This is my second horrible experience with installation from Best Buy (the other was a 2 drawer dishwasher that the guys had absolutely no idea how to install correctly so I had to fix it myself). They also arrived at 9am instead of our scheduled 12-3 window, so luckily someone was even home. It would be nice if someone would actually call me so I would know if I need to be contacting local professional movers.

I would have given the installation a five star except that this was the second install for my Bowflex 22 Treadmill. The fist install was subpar. There were screws and parts missing, damage to the metal track that ran alongside the treadmill belt, and one of the arms was installed loosely so that it couldn't be used as intended. This time the guys did a fantastic job. Everything is was done correctly. Too bad it wasn't done right the first time.

The geek squad team did a good job on assembling a treadmill I recently purchased. The only problem was that I live on a busy street and it’s almost impossible to find parking here. They email you before coming saying that you need to get everything ready for a smooth delivery including saving a parking spot for them and clearing the way they will use to carry the treadmill. When they arrived, they came in a big wan (9ft) which didn’t fit into my garage because of height clearance, so they told me to schedule an appointment again ,this time they would arrange a third party company and deliver the treadmill in a smaller car. So I did what they told me and waited 10 more days. Only 2 days prior to delivery date, they call me again saying that they will come with the same wan because the treadmill won’t fit into anything smaller. Seriously?? I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me this at the beginning and had me deal with the same process all over again!! He said he’s letting me know before hand so I could save a parking for them. Luckily, I was able to find an empty visitor parking that belongs to my apartment but I wonder what would happen if I couldn’t find one. Would they leave again saying I need to schedule another appointment?! Ridiculous!! Any way, it took about an hour and a half for them to assemble it. No complain on the assembly, they did a good job and I’m enjoying my treadmill.

Team did a good job assembling the tread mill, however, I couldn't test it because I did not have the proper type of extension cord to plug it into an outlet. I had to buy one and fortunately, it worked. It would have been much better had the team brought an extension cord just to see if it worked properly. How difficult would it be to store one with their equipment?

We were automatically canceled and rescheduled several times, but when they came everything was seamless. I was relieved my installer new exactly how to set it up and showed me how to use it on manual mode. He brought it in the house in boxes, so he wouldn't scratch our flooring and put it together with several guys. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took a while, but it was worth the weight.

The two guys - Adam and Taylor - set up my Nordic Track (X22i) in the gym room which is located on the second floor of my home. Needless to say that was quite an accomplishment as this treadmill is pretty hefty. They performed their work without any issues and I am so grateful for their professional work! I saw how they took their time to get the monster up the stairs; at the first landing they pivoted, turned and managed carefully to align the treadmill base just right, as it was a tight squeeze rounding off and realigning it, before getting it up to its final destination; Great Job! And, they did this while adhering to COVID -19 precautions. After they completed the work and aided with the set-up of the iFit subscription, I told them to hold off on taking out the box(es) and pallet, just in case I needed to return the product within the return warranty period. Adam and Taylor need to be commended by their boss on this job performance! THANKS!!

The guys who installed this were great. Professional, courteous. They cleaned up when they were done and checked the basic items to ensure the treadmill worked. If I could, I would give them 4 1/2 stars. This review, as a reminder, is for installation by Best Buy customer support team. Good guys, would use again.

The Geek Squad team that came to setup the treadmill did a great job and were very helpful and polite. They had to take this treadmill to the 2nd floor and bring down the one that wasn’t working - this is a very heavy equipment with a very unbalanced weight distribution. They got it done like pros. Great job and great service. I’m giving 3 star for “ease of use” and that’s not about the Geek Squad; it is for Best Buy. It is very hard to setup a return and replacement with Best Buy specially if you buy online. The stores are completely useless if you buy something online - it is like working with two completely different company. The local store will only give you a generic phone number and it will take you forever to get to the right group to help you. They will bounce you from group to group like if you had the plague. Expect to be on the phone for an hour or more and that’s if you don’t get disconnected.

The person who did the transport and installation of my new treadmill was outstanding. In fact he saved my future business relationship with BestBuy after a very frustrating experience (2 actually) leading up to his arrival at my home. I needed to move an 800lb treadmill (still in the box) from my garage to my basement and then have it assembled. The move and the assembly were scheduled to happen in two different days. On the day of the move two BestBuy guys showed up, took one look at it and said they couldn’t move it, that it would require 4 people to move it. A manager on the phone assured my that 4 people would show up the next say to both move and assemble it. One guy showed up the next day, and he both moved and assembled it by himself. You should give him a raise. I wouldn’t be a customer if yours in the future if it weren’t for him.

The installation took longer than normal, but I can't blame the installers. It was Christmas and they had to figure out how to get it up the stairs and around the Christmas tree. Big props to the installation team. Over 6 guys how up to help with all kinds of equipment. What a team effort.

Charles and Lee have performed in an outstanding manner several installation and as well as multi-plan implementations at my residence. They epitomize the excellence in customer service - they are beyond fabulous! They are professional, knowledgeable, committed, patient and perfect gentlemen. Best Buy recognizes in addition to top brand technology, services are necessary to remain at the summit of the industry. To remain at the pinnacle, Best Buy must have experts like Charles and Lee - world class, technologically savvy that anticipate and demonstrate the understanding of customers! On the plus side our treadmill weighs 350 pounds assembled. That said thevdelivery people were not as prepared or skilled as furniture movers. They struggled to get up the stairs and keft a couple of dings in our walls. Their assembly skills were very good. Their moving skills not so much.

Two guys came and assembled the treadmill. Expected a much longer assembly time but they moved quickly and were experienced. They were respectful in wearing masks due to COVID precautionary measures and were personable and pleasant to be around.

This was the 2nd time this month that Mario and Zach came to our home for an installation. The first time was to set up our Smart TV and they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Today they installed our new Treadmill and did an excellent job. Mario and Zach even moved the Smart TV per my request so I could see it as Mario was worried that I would strain my neck while exercising if the TV wasn’t in the correct angle to treadmill. That’s what I regard as going above and beyond assembly and installation of my treadmill. They take Customer Service to a whole new level. The Best Buy Waterford has an exceptional Team inside and outside the location!

Dudes didn’t follow instructions and broke a piece, leaving me to call the company and get a replacement. The worst part is if not for guilt they were never going to tell me. But other than that it’s put together and it works and they did it in the heat.

Great install base rubs against side when use the treadmill lift. Not pleased, but they techs say that is a Proforma issue. So i will wait and see how this does. Other than that very good install. Efficient and cleaned up well after.

Took forever to get the delivery scheduled. Company had some truck issues but the install and assembly was great. They were friendly and took there time. My mom sent them off with cookies she made while they were there.

Geek Squad members delivered and installed a new Proform treadmill in our home. Logistics were difficult for getting the treadmill into our basement. Alternatives were quickly surveyed and the only practical alternative was determined. After navigating difficult terrain with no accidents, Squad members went to work and set up the treadmill, tested it fully, helped family members understand how to operate it and completed everything ahead of schedule. They were very courteous, answered every question we had and let our home as clean as they found it. There were no surprises, only excellent, reliable and affordable service. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for all in home service needs.

The installation was good. I wish the BB people had explained how to use the treadmill more because I really dislike the way it jolts at the start and keeps dunning me to subscribe to the app. I also was very disappointed to find the price dropped a lot so quickly.
