Wait time is sooo long for technical assistance. Do not attempt to purchase this from Best Buy unless you're willing to stay on the phone for over an hour for your turn to be helped. Better to purchase the box rather than doing a download. I thought it was easier with the download but the wait time for technical assistance is horrendous.

Had to call support twice and took about 30 - 45 min to get it working on my machine. I would have canceled it but you can'y cancel digital orders.

Thank goodness i was able to get my money back.

Worst Product Ever

We purchased this last Sept 20, 2020 and the download link doesn't work and until now we haven't used this product. We asked for a refund because we purchased a different anti virus Brand and the customer service just made us a like ping pong we've been passed to 12 agents and nothing happed. Seriously worst product and customer service.

I was on the phone with geek squad and transferred to 3 different departments, but my issue was resolved. Be aware that the download link does not work and the serial number may not work as well!! I would not buy this software through Best Buy again.
