THE BREAKDOWN: This product was nicely packaged. Upon opening the package I immediately went to find an instruction booklet or a quick start guide. Right away I found the card and went online to register my product and unlock my free training videos. This package included the TRX Suspension Trainer, door anchor, extender, key card (gives access to an 8 week workout guide and 9 video workouts), 4 TRX resistance bands, mesh carrying bag and a get started guide. This system is very simple to get setup and running. I like it because it is light and portable. Hands down a very good investment. The construction of this trainer is very good and feels solid. I love how sturdy the grips feel. Another good thing about the grips are that they are very comfortable and have a nice rubbery feel. You can get a great bodyweight workout at anytime in almost any place. I found that I smoked myself every time I used this system. I was sore for the first few days and I normally work out 5-6 days a week. I found that it used different muscles then I normally use giving me more stability in my joints. You can also increase the difficulty by using steeper angles, increased angles and increased speed. I felt as if it helped to strengthen my core muscles and those stabilizer muscles. The first day I did have the “shakes” a lot because my stabilizing muscles were not acclimated to this type of exercise. Perhaps the best thing about this system is that the exercises can be done by people of all ages and skill levels. I loved the provided video workouts. They did an amazing job preparing and executing those. Great thing to have if you are low on time like me, as I don’t want to spend time preparing workouts. It is nice just to log on and select a workout and hit play! PRO’s: -Easy to use and setup -Great quality in the build -Included access to video workouts -Included resistance bands -Mesh carrying bag -Great for all ages and fitness levels CON’s: -None as of yet SUMMARY: Overall, I feel that this product worked well and I would recommend this to a friend if they are in the market for an excellent small package workout system that is built to last.

I have owned the TRX suspension trainer for about a week and I am impressed. I have tried to work my abs doing conventional sit-ups and planks, but was frustrated with the lack of progress. I felt like I was only working a few muscle groups and didn’t feel like the workout was challenging. Before using the system, I went to TRXtraining.com/mylocker and registered my system. I found some free workouts, although others were only accessible for a fee. The TRX trainer surprised me while I was doing a standing plank, and I noticed more tension within more muscle groups. I felt like I was getting an intense workout, compared to the less challenging workout when doing a very similar exercise without this system. I would recommend the TRX Elite system to anyone who wants a full body workout without the need for an expensive weight lifting system.

I have seen this in stores and on T.V and have always wanted to try this out. I see people at the gym using the same equipment. This nice to have at home for the days you need a quick workout or long one. It take a little bit of work to figure all the moves and different workouts. My wife has enjoyed this and has shown me more workouts on YouTube. I bought the Ceiling anchor for this it mounts easy and make sure you put it in the middle of the stud. The straps feel awesome and grips are very comfortable to hang on to. There is so much you can do with this system. It comes with 4 Bands a door anchor a workout poster a mesh bag to carry it in and a subscription to TRX website. They have a workout system and show you how to use it. i can't wait to get some more time in to use this and see the results after. This is a good buy to keep at home or take with you if your traveling you can get your workout in whenever you need it.

Great way to do bodyweight exercises. Using the straps adds a level of instability that forces your muscles to work harder. You can get in a challenging workout in a short amount of time. I bought a door hinge anchor that I like better than the door anchor in this kit.

Overall really pleased with the TRX system. I’ve integrated it into my normal workout routine and can tell it’s working additional muscles because im sore the next day. It’s easy to use and can tell I’ll see benefits from it.

I am new to the strength training world while using suspension related equipment. I can say that this manufacturer does a superb job outlining how to use their equipment. When I first opened the box I initially thought that there was no way all of the contents would fit into the box, but i was wrong. This was tightly packed with great art work and guidance showing me exactly how to install, use and manipulate. There are also several online videos to watch to get you started, which i took advantage of immediately. I have been using for a couple of weeks now and very satisfied with the bands I have been using. The resistance bands are super soft on the hands, yet sturdy for long workouts. All in all, I am a novice, yet had not issues following their instruction on how to set up and use for a nice light workout or a long session too. The design and comfort of these bands are excellent and highly recommended.

Just what I wanted and needed. No need for a lot of expensive weights and things that go with them and take up a lot of space. This system is fantastic. So easy to set up and use within minutes. I'm sold. Built to last. You don't have to buy the most expensive set, but I wanted all the mounting options that came with this set.

I wanted to try these for a long time. bought on deal of the day. good quality. it takes some time getting used to using this. I use free weights for most lifts and these just hit different. have to use lots of stabilizing muscles. like that it portable and the variety of exercises possible. overall I like it, its just something to add to my routine.

I have heard a good bit about this trainer system, and it has exceeded my expectations. It is solid and durable and gives a good workout. There is a slight learning curve to mastering the exercises and the length of the straps. If you are interested in a system that uses your body weight this is it.

I love the TRK system. Having my own set makes things easier for me. I don’t have to worry about COVID or sharing anything. Very easy to use and comes with all the necessary items needed. A must own as the exercises are great for self improvement!

I needed a product that was versatile for my home gym during the pandemic! TRX was the right choice. Easy to set up and serves all my needs.

I replace nearly 400 lbs of plate weights and a weight machine with this simple system to give myself more room to workout. This system leaves me feeling completely satisfied with a strength or calorie burn workout. I'm not looking to body build but stay active, healthy and strong. This system allow just that with minimal real estate - except when you are working out all parts of your body!

Great. Wish a poster w poses came w this for what it costs for a quick start guide. Wish there was a bigger variety of exercises for women to develop lean muscle. We will get big doing same exercises as men - as evidenced by all the comments referring to the women of Trx as “beasts” - can’t believe men think a woman would ever consider such a compliment. Wish the foot straps were Velcro adjustable more like what is found in Pilates world - allows for way more variety for leg work.

The quality of this workout system is excellent and durable. Very easy and comfortable to me use.

Great build quality. Ultra portable and convenient. I travel alot so bringing this along makes sure I get a good workout whenever I go. Highly recommend to anyone looking into doing bodyweight workouts and increasing flexibility/mobility.

terrific exercise device, a gym in a bag. very well constructed, works very well, and is easy to learn. That doesn't mean that the workouts are easy. This comes with everything you'll need, just add motivation. It's well worth the price!

It's a great addition to our home gym in the garage. We suspended it from the garage ceiling. It's very versatile with many uses to get a good workout in.

I am a 300lb plus guy and this system supports my frame. I recently read in a healthy magazine how strap systems like this work and I have to agree it will push your limits if you allow it. Came quickly and in a nice package. Great quality that should last a long time. Keep in mind these are synthetic fiber materials and proper care and storage is a must. Store in a low light dry area free from high temperatures. When in use don’t throw onto abrasive areas that might damage the fibers causing premature wear. Highly recommend for any level of fitness. Take your workouts outside
