I use turbo tax every year. Typically buy at best buy.

We have been using Turbotax for several years and have found it to be a well organized and useful product. On one occasion the program flagged a situation in which cash rebates from a credit card had been placed into an IRA, notifying us that we could not make such contributions that year. We were thus able to contact the company with which we had the IRA and correct the problem before filing our taxes. This saved us from having problems down the road.

Easy to use tax preparation software. Too bad that the cd isn’t provided and you have to download it. Accuracy has always been good with it being easy to use.

The download version is not hard to configure. Didn't have enough options to control the installation specifics other than the directory. Would not load information from H&R tax programs. So far it is not very impressive. Switched because with H&R the IRS kept taking more of the tax returns away with not explanation other than some supposed COVID money deposit.

Turbo Tax is okay, it can walk you through some stuff if you're struggling. Generally makes taxes easy to do yourself, and lets you import previous year's filings to make things go along faster. It is a little expensive for what it is. Some years my State return will glitch out and I'll have to pay for it twice for them to submit. Luckily didn't happen this year but did happen a couple times in previous years.

I have used Turbotax for over 10 years and could not do without it. It asks all the relevant questions and then analyzes the entire return. For someone like me who does not have a lot of complicated tax situations it makes completing your return a breeze. The other thing I really like is that it pulls your previous tax information into your current return saving a lot of time.

Can't recommend this software enough. It's very intuitive, easy to use, and accurate as can be. Love that it gives you an estimate at the end of how likely (or unlikely) you are to be audited. I've bought this product for 4 years now and would never pay anyone to do my taxes again! Highly recommend!

Great product. I have used turbo tax since 2012. I have never had any problems with the product or my tax returns. I would recommend this product to anyone even if you have never done your own taxes before.

The pricing of the software for this year's tax software seemed much higher than previously. Perhaps I was an early purchaser and the price may have come down. Hence the loss of 1 star. The software remains as my choice for preparing the tax returns (federal & state). In a large percentage of the queries and input, the wording makes any input easy to identify the data required and assuming you have the other supporting documents you need--1099s, W-2, etc. I like the free electronic transmissions for the returns (both state & fed). I recommend the auto deposit option--works like a dream although you do have to keep checking your bank account balance since neither the feds nor the state actually notify you of any deposit of the refunds (if entitled). Word To The Wise == save your tax returns as PDF files and be sure to backup the returns up to another storage area/device in case your computer hard drive decides to fail.

Been using turbotax for years, this is the first time I purchased the digital download load version. Took a little longer to install but worked fine as always. Only con is that you still have to pay to electronically file the state portion, wish it was included in the purchase.

I have used TurboTax for the last several years to file taxes for my family, and it never disappoints. Easy to follow directions, help at every step. I love that the software has switched to download-only instead of CD, so there is less waste. Much cheaper than an accountant, and just as accurate.

TurboTax is really easy to use, but there are catches. First, you have to install new software each year as each year has a new version and then leave that installed in order to access your old returns. Second, I have used TurboTax for myself and my partner's taxes for maybe 5 years now and together we have been audited by the IRS 3 times. Each time we provide them with the requested documentation and the inquiry ends without us paying anything additional, but it can be nerve-wracking and a nuisance. When I used H and R block before, I can't even remember 1 time that the IRS contacted me.

This is my second year if using a retail version of TurboTax. I find it easy to use. It is a good value if you have multiple people your filling taxes out for. The deluxe version was suffi i net as i did not have stock or real-estate transactions.

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's always been easy to use and accurate. Free to E-File the Fed return but $20 to E-File the state. IMHO for a $55 price, the state E-File should be free { minus one ✱ }

I’ve been using TurboTax for many many many many years and usually just go online and do my taxes and pay their price but this was discounted and purchased it highly recommend TurboTax and I always get a nice refund
