I originally purchased this item from Amazon.com, but much to my misfortune, I waited until just a few days before my taxes were due that I got ready to file my taxes. Well, I couldn't get the product to download, and things got worse from there. I'd been a customer of Best Buy for decades and I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of them first when ordering the Turbo Tax software. I panicked and then I went online and ordered the Turbo Tax from Best Buy and things couldn't have gone better from there. Since this was a digital download, I was sent the download with instructions of how to set it up within a half hour or less after I submitted my order. Everything went so smoothly, and I was finished with my taxes a brief time later. In the future, I'll consider Best Buy as my first option, rather than an afterthought. Thank you, Best Buy!!

The item did not come with the license code ID from turbo tax which prevented me to complete my taxes on time or request an extension

TTax does not handle these well at all. Importing the 1099's worked fine, but each 1099R has "interview" questions that must be answered. Two fatal flaws showed up when trying to do that. First is that the program changed the answer to one of the questions (i.e. I clicked a radio button, clicked continue and then when back to the earlier page to find that the radio button was checked for a different answer. Happened over and over, 100% repeatable problem. Support rep could not seem to fathom that this had to be a programming glitch. Never fixed. Second problem was if I inadvertently clicked an incorrect radio button, continued through the interview for that 1099 and realized the error when working on the next 1099, going back to the first one was impossible. Support reps could not understand it was an interview question problem, not a form problem (i.e. it was not possible to manually enter the correct information directly into the form). Also promised a call back after researching the issue and the call back never came. Ultimately had to delete, re-import and re-process 34 1099Rs. Everything else seems to work just fine, as we've come to expect from TTax, but if you use it for IRA distributions, you get one shot at entering the correct answer to interview questions.

I have used Intuit TurboTax for several years now and I highly recommend it. It makes it easy to compile your information, use correct forms for your return and provide answers for any questions you might have. There is no worry that calculations are wrong as it does them as you go through and verifies everything is correct before you file. Excellent program and well worth the cost for the peace of mind it provides.

I have used TurboTax for many years and am satisfied with its cost, function, ease of use, and accuracy. Being able to download 'investment' tax data directly from a brokerage account greatly reduces the need for manual input - and can eliminate errors. It has always been capable of handling my various forms, deductions, circumstances, etc.

Easy to install, simple to follow with options for you to breeze through at you leasure or follow along step by step. Electronic filing is free and state electronic filing is at minimal costs. Allows you to perform side by side comparison with last year's data and automatically fills in most of last year's info for you so you don't have to retype everything. Better than going to a professional service.

This will be my 5th year using TurboTax Deluxe Fed+State. Features such as intuitive design, easy-to-use interface, record importing, proactive tips, and real-time accuracy checks make this the best tax software for most people. Excellent product purchased at a great sale price from Best Buy!

I've used TurboTax to do my taxes for more than 20 years now. One year, I actually paid to get a comparison, and TurboTax had the better result. It's simple to use, and they definitely ask more questions than any tax preparer I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good product! It is very thorough with both the Federal and State tax preparation. The ability to go back and redo items or to dig deeper is a definite plus. Would recommend!

The downloading, completion / e-filing returns process and receiving refunds due me had been easily and quickly accomplished. Highly recommended product.
