I have been using this product since its inception and I absolutely trust it and Best Buy to deliver it to me digitally. I have used it every year since it’s been released to do my taxes and helped my children do their taxes.

Easy to do. buy- download - then do your taxes and finally file. Hard part is being okay with paying the government more money!!!

Love Turbo Tax. I have been using this software for a number of years and it remains easy to use. I feel we get all our deductions as it asks many questions along the way and re-checks before filing. Recommend!

I have used Turbotax to file for years, at least ten. It is step by step easy to use and file under E-file.

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out. It is simple and guides you through everything.

I ordered the Turbtax Federal only by mistake. I needed the Federal with state software. Noticed my mistake about 30 minutes after I placed the order. Spent at least 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy customer service agents trying to cancel the order and place an order for the correct software. Was told by several CS agents that this was possible but they were not capable of completing the task, so they transferred me to someone who could help me. After getting the run around for 3 hours, the last CS agent told me that an exchange could not be made and I just wasted my hard earned money ($73.84} on software that I cannot use. Reference to Case #350105567. Very disappointing! Please be aware that I have not downloaded the software and never will. I have purchased many products from BestBuy over the last 5-10 years, but this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Best Buy. You just lost a customer.

It wasn’t complete when I purchased it online, because of hew tax laws. The biggest problem is I like to have the cds for backup, and you only offered it online.

Over priced .Turbo tax is no longer user friendly. I have used the program for over 10 years and I would purchase a CD from BB to download the program. Now there is no CD and using the online version is garbage. Just about every step in the information gathering process is followed by a request to upgrade. Downloading from previous years was difficult. I will no longer use Turbo Tax.
