These things are comfy, sound great, and are multipurpose. great buy

My wife bought these for me for my birthday last year. I love them! Sound is amazing and they're chalked full of various options so you can find the sound for you. My only complaint is that after an hour or two they do start to hurt my head a bit, so you might test them out to see how they work for you if you end up doing long sessions.

This headset takes gaming to a new level. Don't hesitate to buy it if this one is on your list. I did the comparisons and am thankful I decided to go with this one.

This thing is awesome I can play and not disturb anyone. It's nice that I can walk all around my house and the connection is still good. Thinking about getting another.

Good gaming headset with several features. Haven't played any games which can fully utilize the features though. But so far, it works good, easy to use and connect it.

I love the way it looks without the visible mic. Speaking of the mic, I haven't had any complaints about sound quality. Doesn't work very far away from the base but I do have it by my wifi router which they warn not to do.

Greatest headset I've used and purchased. Worth every penny to me. I have astro a40s but how I have my room setup all the wires won't cut it anymore. So with these 800 elite series the full wireless capability is awesome. Sound quality is great and being able to control game and chat volume separately is great. Light weight not heavy and clunky.

Sound is outstanding. Controls are easy to use while wearing, but a bit sensitive when handling the headset. I have been told that it sounds like I am talking through a sock, but my buddies do seem to hear me well enough...

Low battery life was only complaint that I had on it.

Love the headset functionally. The sound and the depth were awesome. But I see a lot of talk about unintuitive buttons and or sound dropping out or not working. Personally, I never experienced the sound dropping out and the button layout was weird but not terrible. About a year and a half after I bought it, the right side telescoping assembly cracked apart while extending it. The earpiece is now hanging by wires. I am not an abusive gamer. (I don't throw controllers, get irritated by dying in FPS's, etc...) They have been cabinet stored when not in use and well taken care of. Unfortunate for a $300 set of TB's.

Great headset. It cuts out occasionally, most likely due to the immense amount of tech in the house. Interference is what it is. Still, the headset is the best I have used, and that includes #overrated Astros.

Head phones were ready to out of the box, so far they work great

Bought this as a replacement for another Turtle Beach headset that broke and these work way better! I've had a lot less connectivity issues with this headset.

Super product all around. No flaws. Using the smartphone app is really one of its best feature. Super awesome

Great headset. Great sound. Pure wireless from system and controller.

Many functions to this headset. Been playing with it for a few weeks. Sometimes it disconnects from the transmitter. All you need to do is restart the transmitter and will be back up and running.

I only gave this item 3 stars since the overall sound quality has not been great for me. Watching movies late at night, and being able to have the sound up is why I got these. Also having a headset that I can game with is nice, but I don't always use them for gaming. The sound quality in game is good, but I really don't feel that it is comparable to other stereo headphones out there. The sound could be better, and the noise cancelling really doesn't work. I would go with a less expensive option as they will probably give you the same functionality, and quality for less money.

in my opinion there pretty good . i wound have to say i had the 420s and i would say the 420s were definitely louder . The 800s come with a nice charging dock not sure its worth $150 dollars more though .

What can I say? I love these headsets. They are completely wireless, great sound quality, and I love that it doesn't have an awkward microphone piece sticking out the side of it. They come with a charging base and the chat is crystal clear when interacting with other gamers. They are pricey but well worth it for the quality it produces for gaming needs.
