Bought as a Christmas gift to my son who had picked this headset out as greatly desired & was excited to receive. When 1st tried, it had issues with the volume button sticking so we took it to our stores customer service on 12/27/19 where they promptly exchanged it for a new one and even refunded me the price difference since it had just gone on sale at the store for less than I had orig paid. GREAT cust service & my son is now very pleased with this excellent gaming headset!

The sound quality is amazing and the ear piece is super comfortable

I love it is a good head set and the mic works well you will get a code to redeem for the 7.1 surround sound that is easy to redeem now the only thing i would say I have against this head set is that is can get a little uncunfterbel after a bit espesily if you do what I sometimes do and that use one side so that you can hear what is going on in the rest of the house

These headphones sound good and have strong audio. While not the best, they will do the job well.

Headphones provide good quality sound and a decent battery life.

But overall superior sound and comfortable. Awesome sound.

Great Headset. Comfortable, Clear sound, perfect for anyone

The sound is the best I’ve had in headsets thus far BUT even though it is compatible with Xbox as far as plug in sound that is literally it. Not wireless unless it’s pc so all the controls on the headset won’t work for Xbox. But great sound if you don’t mind not having the controls lol

The only complaint i have is they are a little bit snug , but i have a big head.

I purchased this after doing my reserach and decided this was a good headset. I read that it could be wired ONLY with xbox which was fine. I connected the headset and the sound was great, I was really excited. I then could not adjust the volume with the headset or the volume control on the wire connection. I have reached out to Turtlebeach but haven't heard anything from them. As I read more, I have decided this isn't a good fit for Xbox One - very disappointed. I also can't believe that there are such poor instructions for this product. I cannot find anything of use on the Turtlebeach website. I will be returning

I do like these for gaming. As with every headset the software has some minor quirks but they are great. You have a lot of options including super hearing which allows you to hear footsteps in games better. This is the best headset I have ever owned and I have bought many of the competitors. If you like PC gaming these are great.

Love turtle beaches my whole gaming career and continue to love them with there’s pair

The sound quality on these headphones are not very loud but microphone was great o if you like clear sound that stays low these are the ones. I used on Xbox, PlayStation and PC... used connector also worked on my Galaxy.

Had trouble getting the software downloaded, but after that it works alright

Only works well of plugged into remote on either PS or Xbox. Wireless feature doesn't work on xbox at all, works for PS but sound quality isn't great. Works as it should for PC. Plugged into controller it still sounds great.

I bought these a little on impulse, but I have to say I couldn’t be happier. I use them on my new iMac so the Mac compatibility is confirmed! They sound great, the microphone is adjustable and sounds great. The mute switch on the side of the headphone is perfect. Works like a charm!!!

Comfortable headset. The bass isn't that great for music and movies, but its decent, and is plenty bass for FPS gaming. The superhuman hearing works great for hearing footsteps really well, but it also filters out a lot of bass. Still works great for my FPS purposes.

This headset is awesome. I love how the mic can very easily be removed so you can just use the headphones. Did this on my last plane trip and it was great. In game, the set works very well with very little lag, and it doesn't pick up a whole lot of background noise. Definitely recommend.

A great headset, but it is starting to crack and fall apart. I'm really happy with the sound quality and ease of use- but also equally happy I paid for the Geek Squad protection, as I'll be using that soon.
