The technicians who came to my home were professional, and friendly. They made quick work of the installation of one TV and the move of another set from a table mount to a wall mount. A slight adjustment of the existing wall mount was required. The remotes were programmed and the job was complete.

I cannot express how great of a job Anthony and Chris from Geek Squad in Greensboro, NC did! They were incredibly friendly and professional; They installed my TV like the pros they are! Originally, I hired a competitor that was unable to install my Samsung TV (because they are different from other tv installations due to the flush mount.) I am so thankful for Chris and Anthony's experience and hardwork, Geek Squad will be my "go to" Company moving forward!

They did a fantastic job mounting my new Samsung in the living room and then moving and mounting my other TV in my bedroom. They went over all of the features of the new TV and hooked all Bose system and DVD to the new TV. They also set everything up to use with one controller.

Technicians Deshawn and Dylan from Geek Squad were the best!! The were very efficient, careful, and they explained the installation process very clear and concise. They gave suggestions when need, without feeling pressured. ( I previously purchased a wall mount, that another store personnel ( Not bought at Best Buy) which said that would hold my 75” television, and would swing out. Come to find out, the arm mounts would have been to short to hold the television and perform that task. They suggested the correct wall mount .. and it’s just PERFECT! Worth every penny on our 77in TV. The team was in and out within 30-45 minutes. We had everything ready for them when they got here. We had a general idea of where we wanted it, they gave us a few pointers on placement. They were courtesy and left no trace! Just a wonderful new TV mounted on the wall! Saved us from going nuts trying to hang it ourselves!

Our Installers were perfect. They arrived on schedule, they were polite, courteous and willing to answer any questions about what they were doing. Their expertise showed as they installed a 65 inch tv above a fireplace while having to do a corner mount. They also did the soundbar installation. All said and done, all we had to do was turn the tv on and it was ready, already programmed. The installation was perfect and they did not waste any time. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we’ve used Geek Squad and they did not disappoint. Courteous and professional. As a former installer and trainer, I sing their praises enough. Really appreciate the service that Eliud and his teammate provide. I would recommend have your desire high and location figured out before they arrive by using some blue taps. They can provide the suggestion but ultimately is up to you to determine the TV location. They are really fast and careful on handling things. While they were here, I also ask their advice on home theater system since they are the expert. They were able to provide suggestions base on my living room set up.

The guys that did my install were extremely friendly knowledgeable and kind. I felt like they went out of the way to help me, show me more than required, and provide additional ideas for my set up. They even did a demo on my TV even though they didn't deliver it. It was much larger than the one it replaced so it took some getting used to. About a week later I have noticed that it seems slightly off level. After disagreement with my wife I pulled out a level and while extremely close it is ever so slightly off. Not that I could have probably done much better but I can't unsee it. Knowing that fixing it would just put more holes in my wall and be an overall nightmare I am fine with it for how slight it is. No one sees it but me. But overall the service was excellent and timely! Unfortunately my TV had weird holes in the back that prevented some of the ideas they had from being implemented because the brackets they had on hand would not work with the TV.

Chris and Joe from Geek Squad did a great job of installing and setting up our new TV and Sonos Soundbar. This was a flush mount over our fireplace which required extra care and they were careful and made sure everything was well done and neat. We are very pleased and will definitely use These Geeks again!

They did an Awesome job looks perfect on my wall. It works really well beautiful picture amazing sound and I even got the sound bar to match the TV and they hooked everything up together for me. They were very fast. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.

The "best buy" ever. The TV service agent , Payrick, took every moment necessary with me, from inches from wall ro edge of mantel, type, size and TV care at my gas firepl ace...i was so impresssed, i had to tell him. Im in a wheelchair with cancer, and he made my day so bearable! Also! I got next day delivery AND installation! TV and arm perfect size!!

Geek Squad came and installed our Samsung 55" TV and we are so pleased with the installation. Jordan and James did an excellent job and were very patient in explaining how the TV worked to us. They were very tidy in their work and were very good in the placement of the TV. Everything measured and hung great!!! So glad we chose the Geek Squad. The picture is actually showing a piece of Artwork on the screen.

Geek Squad were very professional. Before they came in the house they put on shoes covers. They asked me where I wanted the TV installation. They were very helpful. They asked me to sit on my couch to make sure it was the correct height. They also turned the TV on to program it. They also showed me how to navigate the remote menus. The small touches makes the customer feel good. I will always use Geek Squad for all my TV needs.

I purchased a 55" TV and mount from Best Buy and had arranged for a well-reputed, supposedly highly skilled and experienced handyman to do the installation above a fireplace. When I spoke with him about the install, he recommended that I return the mount and exchange it for a different one, which I did. When he came to do the install, he told me that the new mount I'd bought would not work and recommended yet another one. I went back to Best Buy and made the exchange again, and he completed the installation. However, the gap behind the TV was excessive, the wires were very visible and messy, and the TV was crooked. I went back to Best Buy and this time spent some time with a customer service rep., who recommended a different mount and arranging the installation with the Geek Squad. Terrance and Mike came today, removed the old mount and replaced it with the new one. The install is perfect, much flusher to the wall and no messy wiring visible. The process was quick, and they were very efficient, informative and personable. While the price for this installation was not inexpensive, I only wish I'd started with the Geek Squad and not wasted time and money with a handyman who had exaggerated his expertise and experience.

The GeekSquad installers were amazing. They were courteous and professional, and then knew what they were doing. I purchased a TV mount for an 85 inch TV or larger. They actually were hanging on the wall mount just to check the strength to make sure it was installed correctly. It was incredible.

Very professional, friendly & personable. Tech got my new TV installed, guided me through the settings patiently answering all my questions. He really went the extra mile, very impressed. We purchased this Samsung TV specifically for our bedroom and a small sitting area. Samsung was the brand we chose because we have owned a number of these TVs over years and they were all excellent quality and were reliable and long lasting. The installation went well and the Best Buy employee was very polite and helpful. Both TV and all mount are working well.

Could not be happier with the expert installation of my Frame TV and all components. The team was here on time, very professional and also personable.
