The stubborn “underneath” waves in the back of my hair are perfectly straight. Easier and faster than a flat iron on my long, thick mostly gray hair. Great product.

Only shortfall is when I get to my ends I need to squeeze it to keep it clamped tightly. Luckily gloves were included in order for me to do this.
