The stubborn “underneath” waves in the back of my hair are perfectly straight. Easier and faster than a flat iron on my long, thick mostly gray hair. Great product.

Only shortfall is when I get to my ends I need to squeeze it to keep it clamped tightly. Luckily gloves were included in order for me to do this.

Devices such as these ought to be cleaned before being sold again. It had the most awful smell when I turned it on. It was totally discusting. I had to return it.
