Overall it’s a good charger but the product listing here is incorrect/misleading. I bought this primarily to support my apple products and to only have to carry around a single lightning cable. However I use an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable. This cable works to CHARGE the battery pack. However the cable does not work to charge other devices from the battery pack, since the pack only supports USB-C input. So if you’re using a USB-C to lightning cable like me, expect to have to carry around a standard USB-A to lightning cable too. The Best Buy description should be updated here, again the USB-C port here is INPUT only (can only be used to charge the pack). And it says so right on the box and on the device itself.

Big is not a bad thing... it means you can change and charge and charge. This unit fits in my pocket just fine, but I just keep it in my computer bag and use it as necessary (which is often with iPhones these days). I recently used it on a trip and I was able to charge my iPad and my iPhone at the same time. Super convenient (and it barely reduced the charge of the Bio Charger). It has a very intuitive design. I have the bigger and smaller model too, They are all great!

I have been looking for a good portable charger for a while and this one is super awesome because it lasts a long time and you can see how much battery life is left by the lights on the side! My last portable charger didn't do that and I always was worried it would die since I didn't know how much juice was left in it. The size and shape are super nice as well. I recommend for anyone who takes trips on planes!

Bought two of these super chargers, one for rmy husband and one for me! They came in handy on a recent trip to North Carolina when we were using the phone for our GPS since the rent car did not have one . . .kept the phone charged and that got us to anywhere we wanted to go . . .The chargers are sleek and slip easily into my purse . . . Love having this back up way to keep the phones charged as needed . . .highly recommend!

It’s perfect for those times when you don’t have an outlet readily available or don’t feel like hunting down a Starbucks. Very reliable. It charges quickly and has held its charge over multiple uses. So far, I've used it multiple times and haven't had to recharge it yet. Super easy and convenient!

I love it, the unit it self charges fast comparing to the other ones I used before this , it allows me to charge my phone and I pad 3-4 times before it needs to be charged again, so convenient when I’m out and my phone looses charge I plug my phone and go, no need to worry about my phone going out of charge

My wife and son were always draining their iPhones really quickly and trying to save money my wife bought cheap portable chargers. I dis a little research and bought 2 of these. Great price haven't had a chance to see its full potential yet.

I love this little charger. My phone has been losing battery quickly lately so keeping this guy in my purse ensures I'm never left without access to my phone. Its small enough to not take up a lot of room but large enough to have the capacity for at least 3 full charges before I have to plug it back in. I'd definitely recommend it. Worked great with an extra lightning cable I already had at home.

I looked for this item in store and although inventory onsite said they had one my geek was unable to find it. So I ordered it through the bestbuy app. I arrived fast but not working manufacturer was willing to replace it but is taking their time. Over a week to get a replacement and they knew about the defect. Maybe they should have stopped selling the item and saved me some time?!?

This charging pack has been an absolute lifesaver! My phone has definitely seen better days but with this charging solution has made it bearable for long days away from wall-charging options. It keeps my phone powered up for a few charges and I’m good to go! The packaging is clear and makes it really easy to tell exactly what you’re getting and what to expect from it.

We have used the charger to charge android phones , samung tablet and iPad. We found charging was pretty fast and got 3 charges before having to recharge. So far happy with the devise which is not to heavy.

Bought it to use while on vacation outside of the country and it worked great. Charged my iphone, ipad, and still had 3 bars left. Worth the price.

Great charger for the price! I also like that you can charge that charger with a lighting cable or a type c charger.

This charger is exactly what I want to carry in my work backpack for a quick phone or MiFi charge. As simple as can be for a charger, but it feels very durable and easy to use. It has a quick responding on/off with bright charging indicator lights. I highly recommend this charger!

This charger is so fast! I was shocked at how quickly my battery went from 1% all the way up and multiple times! My kids are always trying to use my charger on trips in the car but my phone is on it or it wont reach to the back, so this was a HUGE lifesaver for their electronics in the car!

I love this charger. I take it everywhere I go. I get a good charge every time.
