When I saw this in the movie theaters I didn't think it would be good. I am glad to say I was wrong. The movie is a underwater sci-fi horror film with an interesting story. There are a few laughs but the tone for the movie is mainly serious. Great movie all in all.

Good underwater monster movie. It's been 30 years since we've had a movie like this back in late 80s, 90s but Abyss, Leviathen and Deep Star 6 will always be the great under water movies!

This movie was very different, not what i was expecting. I told it like an Alien movie, but just under the water. But if u an syfy fan of different species of alien then you will love or like this movie

Good smaller version of Alien. All the actors do a good job and the underwater and monster scenes are well done.

I really enjoyed this film. Stewart put on a decent of a performance. And the design of the movie was a visual treat. Yes, the are borrowing from Alien. But I don't think they were ever trying to hide that.

I've been wanting to see this for a good while. I was so intrigued watching the movie. Really good especially near the middle to end.

A love letter to 80s space/ under water sci fi films. You got your diverse personalities in your crew. You got your monster, boom! What else do you need?

Underwater is an underrated epic action horror film whose story takes place miles below the surface of the ocean. The tension and danger are real with some jump scares. Great special effects.

Kristen Stewart's best role taking on a pure action hero. Slick, well acted, and featuring some terrific monsters and a great ending. If you like monster movies, don't miss this one!

Probably my favorite Kristen Stewart movie. I wanted more from the storyline than the movie gave but I absolutely love the concept and its execution. I need a sequel.

This is a dated but good movie (was filmed sometime ago)..but I love Kristen Stewart in almost any movie...Vincent Cassel and the actor that the bartender in Deadpool 2 is in it too.

This film was surprisingly really good . It starts off with a bang and never let's up good comic relief from T J MILLER great claustrophobic atmosphere . If you have headsets its the way to go. THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY I GIVE IT 5 STARS!!!!!

There were jump scares and something that made you question why they even did what they did in the movie. It was a hard item to capture on film but they used technology to show you the vast possibility of the ocean. The acting was great and wonderful cast.

Underwater has lots of suspense. Found myself holding my breath at some parts. The only thing I didn’t like was that most of it is underwater and was sometimes hard to tell exactly what was going on. I will watch it again and I would recommend it.

It’s an okay movie. Didn’t have high expectations but it was okay. Sets were great. But acting and flow of movie were just flat and slow. Half the movie is shot in the bottom of the ocean so it’s obviously pitch black and they have near no lighting so it’s DARK and hard to see, even on a calibrated OLED in a light controlled room. I saw it in a Dolby calibrated theater as well and it wasn’t any easier to watch. Price is low and it’s nice to have something to watch during this time when there is nothing new coming out.

I liked this movie very much but I thought that the underwater creature was a little hard to see in detail. I don't know if this was intentional or not. I enjoyed the movie very much and would recommend it to anyone who likes science fiction movies.

better than I expected, probably helped with the enjoyment. A sucker for underwater Scenes and even though on a limited budget it's still Delivered aPleasant viewing experience.

This film left me so anxious till the very end and does a great job till it’s epic finally. Don’t want to give anything away since it was such a great mystery till the very end.
