After reading the instructions and watching tutorials on youtube we paired and calibrated the drone. The first time we flew the drone, in an open field, we raised it up flew it 20 feet away and attempted to bring the drone back towards us when it fell from the sky and crashed to the ground. We ran over to find the arm snapped and broke. We are in contact with Snaptain support to see if anything can be done. If not we lost all of our money as it is unflyable and they do not sell parts.

This drone if used properly and follow the guidelines will be hard to miss. I enjoyed it. sadly I'm not sure if the Camara stability or the gimble but you can't see lots of harsh movements. I will also the range was like 3 miles ..(: Hahah

Did everything directions said. Drone went up, away from us and came crashing down smashing into ground breaking. Literally used it 1 time for 5 minutes. Disgusted

The DJI mini is superior.... But for 250,assuming that you follow directions. It's AWESOME!

Would not recommend this item. The first time I flew the drone it took about 15 minutes to acquire the satellites for GPS. At first I thought that maybe I did something wrong when I set the drone up. When I finally was able to get GPS and was able to fly the drone performed well. I pushed the auto take off and the drone went to about 3 feet off the ground, all is well so far. The drone was a little unstable but then again I though I did something wrong when I set the drone up. I flew up to about 15ft and the drone started to drift, there was hardly a breeze out. I stayed close around the area that I was and just flew around. The second and third time that I took the drone out I had the same problem of linking the satellites for GPS. I had no obstacles to deal with so I know that wasn't the problem. The pictures that I took came out really well. I was not happy with how long it took to link up with the satellites and the drifting it did.

Great little drone for the price. It takes excellent quality pictures. The video is great too, but a little shaky because it has no gimbles. It bounces up and down a lot as you move forward. Set up is a little complicated, having to be calibrated before each use, but calibration becomes pretty routine after a few times. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery takes a long time to charge, and I cannot find a spare battery to purchase anywhere. I have searched the internet and have not found a compatible battery. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

It’s a shame. I had high hopes for this inexpensive little drone after reading many five star reviews. I’ve been into the drone hobby for a few years. My son was interested in having his own drone so I figured this would be a good starter. It presents well. Nice case and an overall feel of quality. It was easy to install the app and get started but that’s where the trouble begins. The drone has a one button auto takeoff and hover mode. The drone immediately went into a toilet bowl motion and became difficult to control. In this case altitude is your friend so I took it up to 100’ to try and gain control with no success. The circular motion was increasing in size and I became worried the drone could hit someone or something. The return to home feature was also not responding. I was finally able to get the drone out of gps mode and safely landed it but this whole ordeal took 10 mins or so. This was a very uncomfortable 10 mins. I returned the drone thinking it was a defective unit. Best Buy was great about the return and gave me another unit. Unfortunately I had a little better luck with the next drone but the problem existed with the replacement as well. If you go to YouTube and look up the 7100 it is a known problem. Hopefully Snaptain will resolve the issue because overall it seems to be a great product other than the gps issue.

I’ve had the drone for about a week now. So far this drone has blown me away at what it is capable of. One problem is the live feed will start to lag and glitch out the further you go. It’s been up about 130 yds in the air with no problem. Definitely a good drone if you want to stay budget friendly!

Flies fine, easy to control. signal for camera looses very quickly if there is any interference even a tree.

Easy to operate. Canera needs a little more stabalization. But not bad for the price. Nice 4K res.

When working correctly it’s a cool drone. Out of the 5 times we used it, 3 times it had a mind of its own and took off and flew on its own and crashed. Hoping to be able to return.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, but because of him getting cancer, He wasn't able to try it until just the other day. It syncs but won't fly he said. I'd like to return it.

Only lasted a week....rear left motor quit for no reason....now i have a paper weight

it stopped talking with the remote very quickly. It was lost within 20 minutes of coming out to play the first time. We purchased it to use for our wedding and never were able to use it. I contacted the store about the warranty I bought, but they didn't cover it because it was lost and not broken. haha.

Pretty good beginner drown and great camera ! Only issue is the toilet bowling just remove some screws move the tape and it goes away

Control of drone is questionable at best. Issues with RTH & GPS right out of the box. Drone also has a tendency to toilet bowl. I tried two different units and same issues!!

Easily controlled in windy days great range overall easy to use

Easy to manipulate it has a lot o features that make you comfortable flying it.
