Beautiful screen but not poor sound

The screen is beautiful but it does not come with a Display Port and you need a Display Port to use this monitor if you plan to use it as a dual monitor. Also, when I used this monitor by itself at first, I needed a Display Port. I was very disappointed in the sound not being loud and strong on this sound system built it. My old monitor (HP) has amazing sound compared to this model. I had to create a dual monitor so I would pull sound from the other monitor now. Buying aware, if you want good sound , you will need to add it on your own. Also, when you do a dual monitor system the touch screen does not work. It only works on a single monitor. I don't recommend this monitor this high price

The monitor itself is adequate. The speakers, however are a waste of time and money. Advertised (on BestBuy site) as 'let you enjoy your favorite entertainment in stereo', in reality sound like ordinary _headphones_ sitting on a counter 8 feet away: 2-watts? And the documentation is non-existent - a barely legible graphic showing the back of a computer with an array of cable going to the monitor with no mention of which do what, or that the touch-screen won't work until you plug in which looks like an old printer cable.

The screen is a valuable asset to my office. The large screen is very clear and makes charts, tables and worksheets much easier to use.
