When installed, it caused my automatic car door remote to stop functioning. I went back and the customer service person found out there was something wrong and was able to fix it for me at no extra charge. Now both remotes function properly. Much thanks

It is a pretty good option for a remote starter works fine, you defenetly need to upgrade the remote, the one that comes in the box is garbage. The mobile app never work, but its just a guimick since it work with bt the range its pretty bad. The installation took 4 hours for my car but the staff was amazing.

I got this auto starter installed on my 2014 Maxima and it has been an amazing add for this winter. The Total Tech team did a great job with the installation. I am looking forward to my next item being installed this weekend….

It’s okay for the price. The range is not good. Also, unlocking your car after being remote started is somewhat difficult. Would I recommend it? Yes. However, there may be a better option out there?

As a former Best Buy employee I am SHOCKED how bad their customer service is now. Both in store and online. You call the store number listed on google and you get transferred to corporate for a bad experience. You use their chat feature? They tell you to either go to another store or check out other car installers? Take your business elsewhere. WHAT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So I bought my girlfriend a remote start for Christmas. I took it to my appointment at the Jordan creek store this last Sunday 12/22/2024 and the tech installed it. It doesn’t work. It was never tested while I was there, nothing. If I call the store I can’t get someone to look at their error for AT LEAST 30 days. And when I chat someone online they say take it to another auto installer. I am blown away how bad this service has been and how far down this has gone. I remember a time where it was a great place to work and we took pride in helping people and not just getting them for their money and then not backing your own product. Working in many customer service jobs I like to think I have an equilibrium for how things should and should not be done. Best Buy is on track to go the way many other businesses- Out of business. Thanks for your money. Merry Christmas. Avoid the Jordan Creek Best Buy.

I bought 2 of these one for my subaru 2014 forester and one for my nissan rogue. The reason Im giving 4 star is because I started to have some issues with my Nissan Rogue Fob. But with my Nissan Rogue it has worked perfectly fine!

2 months after installation the remote fell apart. I have to keep it in my wallet. As the material the remote is cheap and thin plastic material.

I absolutely love this alarm system keeps the intruders away. Barely touch the glass to the car and it chirps as a warning!! Overall the best also at 410 and ingram location best darn assosiate JAY!!! It is on our jeep.
