I love the Viper remote starter. My cold winter morning have got so much less painful since I installed the remote starter. One thing to note is, only one remote is two way, other one is one way. The range is really good, as advertised. If no real obstacle in the way, the remote works perfectly. Also, the remote allows me to run out of the car with keys without turning the car off. It has been such a handy investment.

I had this installed a little over a year ago and it is still working great. This unit was installed on a car with a manual transmission.

i bought this for my 2007 nissan altima and they said i had to buy something else to bypass the push button and you still had to use the original remote. it was suppose to one remote. the geeksquad installer did a terrible job. wires showing and my dashboard wasnt straight.

This is is good remote start for my Honda Accord. Installation was easy with geek squad. So far no worries, working as it supposed to work.

Install went great and unit functions well. Good range, though have not tested for maximums yet. It has worked every time so far. Nice and slim key fob.

Got this installed in my 2014 Subaru Forester a few weeks ago and cannot express how much more bearable this has made the summer heat. I also had the "SmartStart" smartphone app module installed, which is key if you are going to be starting your vehicle from within a big building. The remote that comes with the Viper has a 1 mile "line of sight" range. The smartphone app gives you the ability to start your car anywhere you have cell service (I believe it uses AT&T). Cannot recommend enough for people with cars that turn into ovens in the summer heat.

Got it installed by geek squad auto which they he did a superb job. Works 100% I can start my car from my Apple Watch :)

This remote starter has been very reliable. It has a long range, often working through concrete buildings. Line of sight definitely hits 1 mile. The 2-way feature is awesome so you know if the car is actually started. Only 1 remote is 2-way, the second is only 1-way. The 2-way remote will require new batteries every 5-6 months.

This system was installed in my wife's old car. When we picked up here new car, we went to Best Buy and bought a new one and set up a time to have it installed. This one has a 1 mile range so my wife can start the car from inside her work place and the car will be warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

Really works good. Range up to a mile. Cool features as well as I didn't know the starter had until I read the manual.

Works great. 5 Starz for convience. It's nice to have your car warm up before you have to go out and brave the elements

The Geek Squad installation seemed difficult and took a long time. The product works very well.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue which didn't come with a remote start. I went to Best Buy inquiring about a remote starter. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and recommended the Viper. After speaking with the sales associate I decided to purchase the remote starter package which include installation. It was one of the best things I've ever done and makes my life a little easier especially during the winter. I set the appointment up for installation and a time and was finished at the time it was promised was pleased with service and installation. I would recommend this Viper unit anyone that's looking for a remote starter.

This was by far the best purchase for my truck, love having an auto start for ND weather.

Starts the car as advertised. Provides you with added distance to lock your doors of you forgot. A little hinky at times. Works about 95% of the time. To use iPhone app you need to pay extra.....

I love my keyless automatic starter. It is easy to use on my manual transmission.
