One of the lowest prepaid phone by one of top cell phone manufacturers. Right size, good quality, fast enough speed to watch HD movie, and eacy to use. Slightly thicker than other LG phone, but very light weighted.

Granted I bought the LG K3 in a moment of panic ( I had dropped my old phone and shattered the screen) I am Really pleased with this phone. More memory, Easy swap of saved information, and a little larger than my last phone. I am however displeased with it with the lack of ring tones and for some reason the pictures I take with it are a bit blurry. I know both are easily fixed with an app BUT I like to use my phone as just that, a phone that can take picture.

Needed a phone that could do basic things like browse internet and check emails. This phone does what I need and is great for the price. If you are looking for Iphone quality, go elsewhere. Bur if you need a basic smartphone and want to save some money, this phone should do the job.

I purchased this phone to replace my broken iPhone 5s until I was able to buy the iPhone 7. It's small, compact, and gets the job done. It has the typical features of a smart phone. It unfortunately only holds 8GB of storage so I had to constantly hit the "Clear Cache" for the 3 apps that I downloaded. I had to delete my text messages on a daily basis in order to have enough space to receive new ones.

Phone is working well for my teenage kid. replaces higher priced phone that stopped working and this seems to be as fast and has enough memory for her to load what she needs network speed and wifi is a bit faster than her prior LG phone.

Love my LG phone. memory is great and battery lasts me all day. Most of the preloaded apps are useful. Camera is decent too. A step up from my last phone at half the price.

Let me just say that I mainly got this phone to use as a secondary android device. I haven't activated it for service or anything like that, so I can't say how well it works for that. However, purely as an android device it's great. It's fast, runs everything I need without a hitch, and has a lot of features that I appreciate in a phone (being able to restart in addition to shutting down, auto-nighttime brightness features). Compared to other $20 phones I've bought in the past, this one blows them all away.

I bought this phone my sister a few months ago. It still runs very well. Easy to use, very responsive and up-to-date. For the price, it is a great phone.

The phone was purchased for my 13 yr. old daughter. I thought it was going to be a better phone. A good phone for the price. I cant say there was anything wrong with it. It was just not what she needed. She uses phone for data mostly. Upon opening the box, I was unhappy with the quality of the phone. It looked & felt cheap as soon as it was in my hands. We decided to return to store. Still, a decent phone for the price.

This phone is surprisingly fast. However, the screen has poor viewing angles on the vertical plane, and any slight movement will invert the colors. Tough to watch videos and play games horizontally on it. The 5MP camera is not very good and any text in photos is not clear. To get the most quality out of it though, choose 4:3 resolution to use all of the megapixels.

Good entry level phone for Virgin Mobile. Does all of the basics well for the price point. Has the same limitations of all cheaper smartphones, tons of bloatware. Camera is poor for even a phone even at this price point. Our $50 LG Tribute from 2015 had a better camera and both are 5mp. We'll use it a year and get something better.

This phone was purchased as a replacement for another Virgin Mobile phone. The cost was very reasonable for the performance and features included in the phone. I am pleased with the product and I would recommend it to anyone on Virgin Mobile wireless if you are looking for low-cost reasonably performing smartphone. Obviously it won't match the performance of high cost high end smartphones and I certainly wouldn't expect it for $49. I don't load up my phone with many apps and I don't play games on it. I use it for work and for my intended use it's quite capable with the 1 Gig RAM and 3 Gigs available storage (out of 8 Gigs total) and an expandable microSD card slot (I have 32 Gigs microSD card in the phone to store data). The phone is all plastic and is very light weight giving it an impression that it's "cheap" but I put it in a protective case and you can't tell it's a $49 phone. Overall, I'm pleased.

I rushed to buy this phone to replace my Samsung that the LCD screen stopped working. I have had many LG phones so I thought this would do for now. Since day one the battery was the worst I've seen in years. The memory was just about used up with the bloated Virgin Mobile apps. Even after rooting each app to uninstall and or disable with no auto update. I only had about 6-7 personal apps installed and was already left with under 1 gig of internal memory. All my music and what few app were on my external memory card. I had enough and got a deal for an IPhone 5S for Virgins site. Was my first Apple product and couldn't be happier.

I decided to upgrade my phone and after some research decide on the LG Tribute HD 16 GB phone. My old phone was so old that the storage on this phone is four times greater. However after settling up the phone all the pre-loaded apps used quite a bit of my storage space. I do not like that. I left them on for now but will remove some of them in the future. There also seems to be a lot more ads to contend with. I don't like the sound or the volume level when using the speaker. Sounds some what scratchy and difficult to hear. I also have difficulty with the alignment of the buttons on the side. I keep accidentally turning the phone off or changing the volume level. I am trying to give this phone a fair chance but I do not like it.

The phone is ok for my needs. Would like a little more room for data. One thing I don't like is the charger quit working...took it back to store...I bought a service agreement...the guy said "oh it's just bent. He adjusted it.. But it only works about half the time...I really think I should have been offered a new charger...I have my receipt and packaging. ???
