Tablet is a little slow I don't know what size memory card to get what's so far I like it and I enjoyed using it comes in handy easy to get around with. Need lots of updates being disabled is just the right size for my lap and forgetting around in my wheelchair

It's super slow with its startup functionality so I'm not too happy with it.

I bought this to use as an e-reader that has a 9"+ screen. I read comics, and .pdfs quite a bit, in addition to e-books. I never intended to watch videos or do much web browsing, or play games on it. Cons: The image quality is so-so, and it can lag quite a bit when responding to commands. Pros: Case is sturdy and seems like it will last, easy to use, works just fine for my intended purpose. Web browsing is okay as well. Micro SD slot takes a 32 GB card. Good standby time (if it's not searching for a wifi signal) and okay battery life during use. I don't use the keyboard, so it is not included in my review. Basically, for a decent, 10" color tablet, for just casual web browsing, small apps, or e-reading, it would be hard to beat this for the price.

It's no Samsung Galaxy, however, I bought this as a Christmas present for my 8 year old. He LOVES it. Large size, decent graphics and it does everything a child would need it to do. Plus, it was so inexpensive, I wouldn't even be upset if he broke it. Definitely not a bad price for such a bundle. I did buy the protection plan, however, the manufacturer of this product also includes a free warranty with purchase. I would buy this again when the time comes.

Good size but lags. You get get what u pay for. It's ok if you can't afford anything better. Buy it! I dare you to.

Worst tablet I have ever bought. It's super slow, turns on and off. Doesn't charge most of the time. Can't download anything. Overall zero rating. It's going back.

I bought this item because it was on sale, looked nice and seemed like it would be ok as a first time user. Unfortunately I can't stand it!!! It's slower than molasses. Should never take 30mins load time to Google something. While it's big, it has horrible view/screen. It's always closing apps and forever updating. I can't return or exchange due to it being a gift and too much time has passed. Such a waste of time and money. I couldn't give this away due to lack of function! I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Better luck with a children's tablet in all honesty. Just don't waste your money on this...

Great first tablet for my kids... only lost a star because I ordered MAGENTA (ASSUMING IT WOULD COME SOLID PINK) and it came with flowers and paisleys all over it... not solid pink. My child still liked it but since I bought 3 in solid colors I have 2 other children who are unhappy that theirs actually came as solid colors not prints now... otherwise it's a great first tablet... not ideal for any one who spend alot of time online or adults as some of their online curriculum websites wont load all the time but do just fine on every other device we own. But for youtube and videos and research and play they have been enjoying them.

The looks are good and the detachable keyboard is nice, but the tablet is too slow and it freezes some times. We returned it and purchased a laptop instead. I guess you get what you pay for!

Keyboard stopped working after one week. Tablet stopped charged after four weeks. Called best buy and was told to call visual land. Called visual land on November 9th. No way to get a representative or leave a voice mail. Was directed to send an email. Send an email on November 9th. As of November 18th no response and no working tablet. Ordered on September 17th, received the 23rd.

I thought it would be nice to have the attached keyboard so I got this and it was on sale. The first one had a bad battery, it turned off and wouldn't charge anymore. Got a replacement in the mail. The keyboard stopped working after my daughter used it for 3 days. Returned it and got my money back. Don't buy this.

Runs way too slow, charges way too slow, isn't compatible with too many app, and keeps freezing.

Great product overall. Daughters are able to use it very easily.

It's okay for a low-end tablet but one of the letters already came off the keyboard and I just had got it if you get it for a on sale or clearance price then I would recommend it otherwise I would try to find one better and it doesn't stay charged that long my daughter likes it though she plays with it and she's 6 years old

Got for a present for my sister and she loved it! It came with everything you could need when having a tablet! Keyboard, front and back camera, and the tablet was an overall good size! Definitely would recommend!

I ordered this so that my child could work at home during quarantine. The tablet ran very slow & within the first week had issues charging & eventually stopped charging. I had to return it for a refund.

It is easy to use. Has a nice case. Nothing fancy. Great gift for someone that is young.

We ordered magenta but got a paisley pink one thankfully she liked it too. She said it lags at times. Couldn't download family link. It isn't a up to date android.

Very disappointed, won't run one of the only 2 things I need it for. It's an app and it downloaded it fine and has even updated but won't ever load to actually use it. Would not charge it turn on for days and when I called Best Buy they informed me that I was just out of the 15 day return policy so they tried to send me to the Geek Squad. Why would I pay to fix something that I've had for less than a month and barely use to begin with.

Purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift in 2015. Love that it included a keyboard and a case that turns into a stand! Have had no problems and she is able to download game apps, Skype with family and friends and even log into her school Google account to work on assignments. Great all-around basic tablet for a youngster.
