Much better then expected for the cost. Great sound even when just playing music. The Bluetooth makes it great with no messy wires.

had and old sound track system 23 years old still sounded great got tired of tripping across living room rug on the wires especialy now that at 71 I did not want to fall and brake a hip. when every I went in to stores and saw a sound bar system the were only showing 2.1 systems not interested in 2.1 wanted full sound system saw on line this vizio on line with a video of the system. sounded great bought it a $239 great price an excellent reviews a no brainer love this sound bar system

I purchased two of these systems and I am very happy with both. One was for the bedroom TV and the other the main big screen. The sound is very good. Set up was easy and the controls using the supplied remote only took a few tries to master. Even better I was able to register my TV remote with the sound system and can control volume and mute without having to use the sound system one.

I love my Vizio soundbar! Definitely the best stereo system out there for the price. The sound quality is great and the subwoofer really puts out that clear bass sounds.

I purchased this as a gift for someone and they absolutely love it! It really does sound like you are at the movies! You can hear background noises that you would not normally hear watching movies on your tv. The only downside as others have mentioned is that the wires are pretty short, but it's easy to fix. The system itself is easy to use and the setup was completed under 20 mins. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced surround sound.

This Sound Bar will put you right in the middle of a pure surround experience. Sports sound like you are in the arena, you can hear the stadium noises and announcers in the surround. Movies are great and big budget TV series are excellent as well. You will need to adjust the center volume, woofer and surround when you first get it, and it will take a few trials to get it just right.

Took it home, plugged it in and had to do very little to get it operating. Great surround sound quality for the price

We are casual movie/TV watchers, but avid with sports on TV, It took me maybe 15 minutes to set this up. The toughest past was training my AT&T Uverse remote to control the volume on the VIZIO. If your thing is home theater and sound, I am sure this system may leave you wanting more, but it is more than enough for us.

The price is right on this sound system, The sound is about right for the cost of the unit. Gives a nice surround sound feel, I got a Vizio 60" led hdtv at the same time and the tv remote does control the sound system also no programming needed. Probably if using a non vizio tv the volume on the tv may not work to control the sound bar. My only grip on this system is the poor volume stepping as stated by other reviewers, I knew that going into the purchase and while not terrible I shure do wish it has double the volume steps. I can't count the times its either too quiet or too loud. It really needs those in between volume steps. This would be a spectacular unit for the price if they could just fix the volume issue, and as it is, still plenty of bang for the buck.

Easy to set up and connect to the TV and use for audio via Bluetooth. Great base with the wireless subwoofer.

Works well and has excellent sound. Easy set up, but remote control functions are not well marked or explained. Once you've got that down youre good to go.

5.1 surround works very well when rear speakers are in proper location (behind and to the side). Sound bar pairs easily w/bluetooth devices. Easy setup.

I researched several other makes and models & am thrilled I made the right choice in purchasing the Visio. I have a 40" Samsung TV & hooked it up quickly with the included optical cable. Great thundering bass & overall sound quality, well worth the money spent. Make sure you leave a little room between the TV & Soundbar to allow signal for TV remote, no pass through. Other than that absolutely no issues with the Visio Soundbar system.
