My guest room tv went out so I figured why not buy a new tv for the living room and move that one upstairs for the guests. This VIZIO 58" tv was a welcome size increase from our old 42" TV. The color on this is just great. I highly enjoy all of the smart features of this. I don't need a ROKU on it. I get all of my favorite streaming channels. The VIZIO tv app is a nice touch. Its kind of like having a cable tv guide, but with streaming shows instead. The sound is pretty good out of the box. Pair it with a sound bar and its even better. For the price you cannot go wrong with the picture quality and inputs available on it.

Works great, but after 2-3 years it starts to act up. Flickering, changing inputs on its own, and not the greatest for competitive gaming

I absolutely love my Vizio smart TV! I have had my share of brands when it comes to smart TVs. But I’ve now had my Vizio TV for over two years and when it comes to picture color and sound They are great. It’s almost like being at the theater on family movie nights.

We had an LG 55" Smart TV for the last 4 or so years and it was fine but occasionally would have difficulties with our wi-fi. Turns out buying a new TV might not have been necessary BUT this TV is better by far in that it has 6 dedicated buttons on the remote for Peacock, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Crackle and tubi. Then a "home", "watch free" and "settings" as well as just a few more and it is easy peasy. The 58" is a great size and the TV hooked up and works perfectly with a great picture and sound for what we do. Additional apps are already downloaded and installed in the menu so getting to other streams is quick and easy too! Great value!

    Sadly Disappointed

Bought this in Jan of 22' and here we are in Aug of 23' and it just completely out of nowhere, started pixelating and panels of white lines keeps flashing in and out, covering half to all of the screen as if it were dropped, hit or bumped and neither of those happened. Sad part about it all is, I hear in multiple conversations with various consumers that I'm not the only one. Some experience it early on while others like myself expressed they've dealt with it within the first year. So, no more Vizio TV's for me.

7.5 months and my tv is practically useless. I bought this tv in March and it was fine for a couple of months. Then, it would black out or freeze. I've done more factory resets than should be necessary, especially for a tv that is not even a year old. When it worked, it was great. Clear picture, loved the sound, no issues with any of the apps I use. Unfortunately, it started showing purple/green/yellow horizontal lines and none of the "fixes" I tried worked. Highly disappointed.

The TV crapped out after two months of having it. Lines were running all across the screen. But, Vizio came and picked it up and a refund check is on the way.

I’m submitting this review regarding my experience with my purchase of this tv, and not necessarily the TV itself. I mean it’s a good tv, for its size the volume kind of sucks, but we got a soundbar so I’m not worried about it too much. But the service I got BUYING the tv was worth what I paid and more.

After a year and a half, this tv completely stopped working. I know that TV’s don’t last forever, but I hadn’t had it for that long. The TV started having colorful lines on it and then it completely went black. I will not be purchasing a Vizio TV again.

The colors and clarity of the Vizio 58in. V-series TV is clear and bright. Giving our football season a good vibe! The only downside is that the TV is very sensitive, so check for breaks, and other manufacturer issues, before leaving the store. We had to return 2, before getting a good one.

Review for Vizio V series 4k Television

TV works very well with a 4k eligible system connected or subscribed to. But the picture is not as good without one of those. I always thought 4k tv meant that it is all 4k no matter how your watching it. And the wifi connection is having difficulty connecting to router but only a few times. Otherwise it is a pretty decent tv.

DO NOT BUY!!! Literally at the 2 year mark, there is all kinds of issues with the picture. There’s colored lines running through the TV, the image freezes. This TV has hardly used as it was in the guest bedroom. It would turn on randomly and just start playing shows. Do not buy, VIZIO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS!

Like others have mentioned, tv only lasted about 2 years. Picture will die and reset to normal every few minutes. No help from Vizio, of which I stood by with a previous purchase for the the bedroom that lasted 12 years. Never again!

Disappointed in this product. Purchased in July of 2022, and the LCD screen burned just over one year later. Vizio used to be known for their quality. Not much reason to choose them over the cheaper brands now. Lesson learned
